113th Congress Least Productive Ever, but South Dakota Wins Big. Jimmy Kimmel

Our current Congress is making history!  The squabbling 113th have the lowest approval rating since they started keeping track in 1974. That’s something.  Now – they are well on the way to becoming the least-productive Congress in modern history as well!

Never before have so few given such little regard for so many. They have stood fast, while opportunity knocked requiring (ha ha)  bi-partisan cooperation, then slammed the door firmly in its face.  They are as unmovable as the stone Presidents on Mount Rushmore, who stand unworried about earthquakes or reelections.  However, they are not without some wins.

It has been a stunningly unproductive year, but for a little something they did in South Dakota, which will stand the test of time – if not the sands of South Dakota.
