     I know I’m hopelessly “square” but I don’t understand the Lt.’s acronym.

       I’m not sure, because I’m hopelessly adrift on acronyms as well. However, you may have uncovered a scoop!
       I’d guess that it’s a proper name rather than an acronym. If so, he is that he’s claiming Mika Brzezinski of “Morning Joe” for his own. She of the blonde hair and long slender legs – the only pair like that on the all-man panel.

         There’s nothing ‘square’ about you db. I too have been hoping RJ will tell us what prompted him to shout out MIKA’s name during this particular video!

   I was waiting for the police to arrive & give the driver the breath test.

   Although it’s not even on this thread, I’ve never seen you “rant” or “rave”. You are always calm, cool, rational, and considerate.

     You are SO kind db, thank you so much! That’s a lovely way to start a Monday.
     There ARE others who might disagree with you, but they are in the past – and less discerning than you. ; ) The internet is a strange place!

     On the car, I too wonder where the police were, surely alcohol was involved. If not, the driving tests in this city are a snap to pass!

   Wouldn’t the reactions would have been more exciting if one of the reveler’s own cars been parked out front? ; )
