Who knew? Thank goodness Mick Mulvaney of South Carolina remembered the ‘Trust Fund.’ With this extra cash we have no reason to raise the debt ceiling! If only we’d checked the cracked cookie jar behind the bread box sooner, we could have saved a lot of time – and so much angst.
