Alec Baldwin on Playing Donald Trump, and Correspondent's Dinner Competition - Jimmy Kimmel

Throngs of TV viewers love watching Alec Baldwin as Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live, including Jimmy Kimmel.  Baldwin, who was at first reluctant to take on imitating Trump, reveals how he created his Trump impersonation, and the amusing process behind learning a few of Trump’s iconic quirks.

Trump may believe that the absence of his effervescent personality and witty quips will cast a pall on the upcoming Correspondent’s Dinner…But it appears the event will gamely proceed without him.An impersonator will stand-in for Trump. Baldwin recently learned just how competitive the spot is. Like many of us, Jimmy feels that Alec Baldwin is the logical choice, reasoning; “It should be the person the President hates most – and that’s you! Wouldn’t you love to be a fly on the wall watching him watching you?”

This of course, raises questions of Baldwin’s personal security…Jimmy has promised to launch an investigation – should anything happen… Just so you know.
