Here in Houston we have white Christian activist Dave Wilson fighting the transgender freedom law that was recently passed. He is trying to get it on the ballot to rescind. His argument is he does not want men dressed up as women – or for all intent and purposes being women – in a public restroom with his mother. This is the argument of the whole Christian pastor movement down here. So many sheep so little time.
Again, the intellectual hurdle of straddling the stupid, will Dave Wilson and his gang of volunteer Christian pastors be personally guarding every public bathroom in Houston with “show us your wussy” checks?
Hey what about me? I don’t have the opportunity to take a pee behind a door like all women do, I have to stand there in front of Jesus and everyone with my junk hanging out for any woman dressed as a man to see.
Now we may laugh at just how intrinsically stupid this all is, but what is not funny is that the vast majority of the talk radio and Fox News audience have the same lack of intellectual capacity. Straddling the Stupid.

The real problems we face here in America has little if anything at all to do with Mexicans, African Americans, Muslims, the Middle East, gays, lesbians, abortion, lone wolves or anyone who doesn’t look like Andy Hallinan.
No, the problems we face in America is heart disease, stroke, cancer, no universal health care, aging population, global warming, dirty air, no water, idiots with guns everywhere and the disparity of wealth brought on by Republicans who these very people straddling the stupid vote for no matter.
