Baytown, Texas 14 Year old Indicted for Capital Murder for Flushing Her Baby

With this murder indictment of a 14 year old Cedar Bayou Junior School student who gave birth in the school bathroom and tried to flush her baby down the toilet should soon be getting some national attention. Perhaps some questions rather than our local Christian lynch mob who wants to kill the little bitch.

The Harris County DA office is in the process of adult certification which means they want to try this 14 year old girl as an adult so they can give her life in prison without parole. Sadly for all Texans, the Supreme Court will not let us execute children and the retarded anymore, but with the the new Supreme Court decision on Gun Controls, we can probably now kill children and retarded people on our own. Because the girl is still a minor at this point we do not know her name, race or ethnicity. Though a murder indictment in Texas - in Harris County where all law is decided by Conservative Republicans - for one so young can help us make a good guess.

This indictment of a troubled little girl for capital murder comes as the same time a Houston grand jury is searching for a way to NOT indict Pasadena, Texas hero Joe Horn who shot two unarmed men in the back with 12 gauge shotgun from 10 feet who were running away. Ever wonder what would happen if Roe v Wade is overturned and states soaked in religious intolerance like Texas are allowed to make these kind of decisions? Well here ya go. Life without parole for choice, for the woman. Let me repeat that.

Without Roe v Wade women who get abortions will be facing life in prison with no possibility of parole. And in Dumbutt, Texas if they are over 18 probably the execution chamber. Gives one pause imagining what they would do to the doctor or nurses involved hey? Torture, dismemberment and then an execution? 

Keep this in mind when voting this November 4th. It is not only this issue at stake if McCain pulls it through, but every such issue if he we get another two or three Antonin Scalia's on the Supreme Court.
