Timothy Wayne Shepard is a character to say the least, or just an insane monster that killed his girlfriend because she broke up with him. They were at his apartment when they guy went crazy, strangled her and then chopped her body up and burned her on his grill outside on the patio. Neighbors did call the cops and sent someone out to check up and see what was going on. Timothy's excuse was that he was cooking alot of meat for an upcoming wedding. It is probably in bad taste to use the word BBQ rather than "grill" for this story. Perhaps fricasseed was the word you were looking for here. Then again Texas and bad taste generally go together - except when BBQ is in the same sentence. If you make it to Houston be sure to try Woody's BBQ grill!
