Babby "Bubba" Ludwig, 10 months has an Illinois gun permit. The father paid a $5 fee and filled out an application online, suprisingly enough the permit came in the mail. The 10-month old can't talk, walk, or wipe his own ass but he can sure as hell get a gun permit. The permit has scribble scrabble where the signature should be on the card. I guess any random Joe can get a gun permit. Should I be surprised? Never Baby receives Illinois gun permit

It's just a good thing he didn't try to order medicine for the little tyke online.
