An obviously lonely Saginaw, Michigan man was unfairly arrested in the wee hours of Oct. 16. Mr Savage, 29-years-old pleaded no contest to indecent exposure in a sex act involving a Thomas Township car wash vacuum. There was nothing else he could do once in the grip of the heavy duty vacuum. As recounted in the report, a resident saw "someone acting suspicious" at a car wash about 6:45 am. Oct. 16.
A Thomas Township police officer parked some distance away, approached on foot and caught the man in the act, investigators said. I mean really Serpico, ...where could he go?
