Back to BailOut: Oddly, 80 % of CEOs Still Have Their jobs, their outrageous salaries and bonuses. They aren't responsible to anyone for how they spent the bailout, but I'm certain they sleep well at night. I do wonder if it ever occurred to them to actually use the money for it's intended purpose, or if the very idea would cause gales of laughter.
