Gitmo-Gate : U.S. District Judge Richard Leon said that Ghaleb Nassar Al Bihani's work as an assistant cook with Taliban fighters made him an enemy combatant. Though he's served seven years without being charged, this is reason enough for the U.S. military to continue holding him indefinitely. What if all he did was wash pots and pans? One thing's for sure, if he does get out he'll have good reason..in his mind, to be a terrorist.
