No more tin foil hats - or guns for this dame please? She has Hannity agreeing and ready to take up arms.
There is free speech and there is a call to overthrow the United
States by violent means, to quote her - "Armed and Dangerous" she's also crazy as a shit house rat.

The difference between sedition and treason consists primarily in the subjective object of the violation of the public peace and trust. Sedition does not consist of attempting to change the government by democratic means such as is proscribed by our representative [duly elected] democracy or by constitutional convention.
Simply stated, Representative Bachnann and two of her public yakker quislings, Hannity and Beck are tantalizingly close to advocating sedition; Defined above as the stirring up of rebellion against the [duly elected] government in power.
Treason by definition is the violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or state and has to do with giving aid to enemies or levying war. Sedition is more about encouraging the people to rebel, where treason is actually betraying the country.
Sedition may run a very close second to treason and in Bachmann's case represents its' featured ditsy and erstwhile handmaiden.
