Love continues to ruin lives and break new ground. She is now the first celeb to be sued for obscene, threatening Tweeting.Yes, what are the chances.
The complaint is filed by Dawn Simorangkir,also known as the Boudoir Queen, AKA Love's 'fashion' designer. Rather than have that known, I'd drop the case, but that's just me. Then again, a twitter libel suit may be one of Love's better ensembles.
The formal charges include defamation, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress for "an extensive rant" on Twitter, MySpace, and other electronic formats about how she was billed for custom clothing.
This is quite the understatement when Love managed to Twit among other lovely messages, her grammatically challenged comments such as,"oi vey don't f--- with my wardrobe or you will end up in a circle of corched eaeth hunted til your dead."According to another article, she also, spewed forth "an obsessive and delusional crusade." "nasty, lying, hosebag thief" seems to have been tweeted in
reference to the Boudoir Queen, as well as a suggestion that the designer would be "hunted til your (sic) dead.according to the charges.
Well! "Whether caused by a drug induced psychosis, a warped understanding of reality, or the belief that her money and fame allow her to disregard the law, Love has embarked on what is nothing short of an obsessive and delusional crusade to terrorize and destroy Simorangkir, Simorangkir's reputation and her livelihood," says the complaint.
If only the entire world could flick her off like a gross green booger. Anyone who is still in doubt of why Kurt Cobaine shot himself, or was murdered, is in serious la la land!
