Gale and Shelia Muhs, Texas Rebs Kill 7 year old Trespasser

White trash MuhsConfederate Rebels, property right wingnuts and Texas White Trash Gale and Shelia Muhs [who probably just returned from one of those Texas Tea Parties] shot four people out in front of their "dwelling" at about 9pm Friday night.

7 year old Donald Coffey Jr was killed by the shotgun blasts. As the sign says, he was a trespasser, who was shot first by Shelia Muhs who then handed the 12 gauge shotgun to her husband Gale Muys who RESHOT them.

Shelia, presumably with a willful smile, then called 911 to say they shot some trespassers,  Bail is set at $25,000 each. Its a wonder that down here in Dumbutt they were even arrested, after all they were just protecting their property from their peers. Property here is everything.

Two off road SUVs stopped that night on the dirt road in front of the Muhses' to allow the 7 year old boy and his 5 year old sister to go pee-pee.  It was Donalds' last pee-pee. Authorities have yet to upgrade the charges to homicide pending investigation if that dirt road was their property or not. If it was, Texas Law will have the Muhses' smiling their way home to hopefully shoot some more children from their front yard.

This could turn into another Joe Horn story but for two things. They killed a little boy and he was white. Joe Horn was not indicted and gained hero status for shooting and killing two black men who were running from him, unarmed and in the back from 10 feet away. On his neighbors property I might add. The Joe Horn Articles.

This story is of interest on two levels.

First or all these people are examples of much of the Tea Party Wingnuts we saw hosted by Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity at the Alamo in Austin a few weeks ago. People, screeching about property rights, Hussein Obama, gun controls, taxes and of course what we call down here our Southern Heritage. The fight at the Alamo in 1836 was primarily to hold onto the institution of slavery which Mexico had recently abolished. One in four Texans at the time owned slaves.

Secondly and more importantly this reflects poorly on what a few BOZOS on the Supreme Court have been saying about their intent to knock down the Voting Rights Act of 1965

Northwest Austin Municipal Utility District No.1 vs. Holder in which section 5 concerning cause for federal intervention in protecting minority voting rights from abuse in regions that are prone to such abuse. Mostly the old Confederate/Jim Crow States.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words? Well here's a million worth...

Joe horn confederate tattooAfter Joe Horn killed two unarmed black men who where running from him by shooting them in the back from 10 feet away with a 12 gauge shotgun, Houston black activist Quanell X came to the neighborhood to address the crowd of Joe Horn supporters.

Hundreds of bikers lined the residential street to rev their Harleys so the man could not be heard.

Not only is shooting unarmed black men in the back good, fine and the stuff of heroes down here in Dumbutt, Texas but to even question that there may be something wrong with that will result in some bald dirtball biker with a confederate flag tattoo on his head screaming in your face. Southern Man...

This is just one example of billions and billions of such crap that is semantically protected under the auspices of Southern Heritage.

Another example is the contested presidential election of 2000 where the Southern state of Florida did all they could to suppress the black vote. As is done in every Southern Heritage State but without national publicity as was present in Gore V Bush.

So here are some real crazyass quotes from Supreme Court justices.

"Are Southerners more likely to discriminate than Northerners? Why didn't Congress extend the act to Massachusetts?" Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.

"Why didn't Congress extend Section 5 to the entire country?" Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr.

These two Bush appointed BOZOS contend that Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas are no different on racial issues than New England, which means they are either liars or morons. I hope their kidneys fail!

Both Antonin "Benito" Scalia and "Uncle" Clarence Thomas agreed with Roberts and Alito. Justice Kennedy straddled the fence but even his questioning made it seem the Supreme court does not recognise any difference in racism between the Confederate States and the rest of America. Is Texas absolutely CERTAIN that they've changed their minds and want to stay
in the union? I'd be willing to give them some lovely parting gifts....except friends
of course, we'd help you escape. ;)
