The anti-gay quotes were attributed to God by the head priest BECAUSE the Tribal elders at the time DECIDED it would be best for the tribe's survival to increase their numbers so they would soon have enough men for war to takeover neighboring land for more wealth in livestock,etc. The decree that man-on-man sex is an abomination was simply said to make the guys spill the seed into women where it could make more warriors for the tribe. Fact is 10-15 percent of the human population is born gay. The religious fanatics that grab onto illiterate ignorant tribal lore written by scary old Jewish rabbis who were simply trying to scare their superstitious ignorant tribesmen into one cooperative whole that they could rule over with more effectiveness and ease, so much of the pronouncements of the "I'm a jealous God," "I'm a wrathful God," and story after story of god's bloodlust and essentially psychopathic personality type, the fact that people in this day and age with the benefit of so much knowledge about the world we live in, could still be so flamingly ignorant as to hate and harm homosexuals because they think they're getting brownie points with some old dusty Rabbi of 3500 years ago is pathetic. Take a few paleontology, anthropology, zoology, astronomy, physics, chemistry, and World Literature classes you repulsively ignorent Judeo/Christian/Islamic patriarchal religious psychos who continue, in your ignorance to manifest murder and mayhem in the wake of your flamingly ignorant beliefs predicted on terror--"Believe this bullshit, or DIE!" That's WHY people believe this crap. They're terrified into it, but they need to be EDUCATED OUT OF IT. Support free education from birth to a PhD for every kid in America and we'll never see anymore of these hate crimes and wars rooted in fear and terroristic religions that are long past their gone-rotten date and should be expired for a more humane paradigm with which humanity can evolve and blossom in loving kindness instead of this continuation of sociopathic acting out, called patriarchal Religion.
