Stephen Colbert does Michael Behe the intelligent design nitwit

As usual, the left praises the virtues of free intellectual inquiry...as long as it parrots what they believe. Skepticism regarding evolution is simply not acceptable to the left because of the appearance that it questions portions of its philosophic foundation (or is questioned by a sizeable concern of its political opponents), and subsequently in the left's view, its political ambitions. Dogma is dogma wherever it appears.

If the TOE were proven to the degree of other scientific disciplines as commentators here seem to believe, this conversation would not even occur. Thus, it seems to me there is sufficient room for skepticism.
