Need I say that in Snellville, GA, in the heart of the Bible Belt a man
fought and killed another over what else - a woman! While a jealous
love triangle is not an unusual occurrence, in this case it certainly
is. The killer, "Rusty" Redfern age 44 has no arms! Apparently what he
lacks in fisticuffs he more than makes up for with his ass kicking and
dynamic head-butt which is what dispatched his adversary Charles
Keith Teer, 49, from this earth. (patent pending)
Like two bucks in rut, the two scuffled in the driveway of a suburban
Atlanta home, though the armless one (Redfern) would seem to be at a
disadvantage, not so. Redfern used his abilities to kick ass,
literally. Teer hit Redfern during the fight. According to authorities,
after a head butt by Redfern, Teer complained of feeling dizzy after the
fight, collapsed, and died.
The miracle and tragedy of this bru-ha-ha, dust-up, tragedy, and
outright idiocy is two fold, one - that years ago Redfern would have
been thrown in the pokey and no doubt headed for death row. It was only
when an autopsy revealed that Peer had serious heart disease and
blockages which had been there for quite some time according to Police
chief Roy Whitehead, that murder charges were dropped, and may be turned
into a misdemeanor I or possibly a simple battery charge. For a guy
without arms, and who actually killed someone, he's come out smelling
like the proverbial rose.
Rusty is not Black.
The second aspect of what should never have happened was - the woman.
The woman in question had long given up dating Teer and now dates
Redfern, thus making more tragic and mysterious the reasons for the
fight.
I assume the lack of arms is no obstacle with the ladies, by all
appearances "They" say one does compensate for disabilities. Perhaps I
should actually visit him and get this story first hand so to speak (oh
grow up). I'm sorry, there is only so much I
can do to bring this vital news to you, the adoring public and readers
of such truths.
