Houston DA receives Joe Horn Death Threat - Castle Law

"Don't worry about my name, What you better do, you better indict Joe Horn. If you don't, somebody is going to kill him, and if he goes to prison, he's going to be killed on the inside. They are waiting on him in prison, and we're waiting on him on the outside." Death threat to Joe Horn received by the Harris County District Attorney's Public Integrity Division.

So what has Joe Horn gained from our racist Texas Libertarian NRA gunoonery which caused him to shoot and kill a couple unarmed black men in the back?
  • Undue stress caused him to leave his home to whereabouts unknown.
  • He has turned his quiet neighborhood into a circus of angry Bikers, racists, Black activists and the media attention.
  • He will probably never be able to return to his home.
  • He has gained hero status with the dregs of American humanity.
  • His retirement money is now going to lawyers rather than ammo.
  • He will probably be indicted for homicide of one sort or another.
  • His photo is all over the world depicting a fat little old racist back shooter.
  • His entire life has gone to Hell in a Hand basket.
  • And now another dreg of humanity threatens to keep the circle of vengeance going.

Gosh, being a gunloon sure makes life better for everyone doanyaknow.

Dec 8 Update - Texas Hero Joe Horn Shoots 2 Unarmed Black Men in the Back

In the past few weeks most everyday we see gunloons all over the place shooting and killing and being killed or shooting themselves. And no one can bring up the gun issue because of the ominous dark power of the NRA in an election year. The answer is obvious. Those Chinese SKS assault rifles are dirt cheap! About a smuch as a full tank of gas. Buy three! One for the car, one for the yard and one for the kid's room. But I must say that having young people in the house here and watching how the react to things, there should be a carry age limit of at least 6 years old. Happy shooting!

There's liberal logic for you: legalize drugs because the government can't control them, but ban guns because the government will be able to control them.

Wait a minute...maybe if Mr. Horn was high, he wouldn't have been able to get out the door. Or better yet, he would have been thinking about world peace. And even if he did, he wouldn't have been able to shoot anyone because his gun would be regulated. I get it now!

Bwhahaha :-)
#2 schoolml on 2007-12-11 20:40
LIBERTARIANS, RON PAUL LOONEYTARIANS want to legalize drugs not liberals. Crack at the Stop and Go! Liberals want to decriminalize and spend more time on rehab than incarceration. NOT LEGALIZE. So like so much conservative balderdash, the first premise being wrong, cause the conclusion to be wrong.
#2.1 Rack Jite on 2007-12-12 13:30
RJ, what exactly is a "gunloon" anyway?
#3 WerB on 2007-12-12 08:21
Glad you asked! :-)
A gun owner is like... Hmm... Me. I have a shotgun and I go bird hunting every few years.

A gunloon is someone who has little else going for them in their lives OTHER than the guns. They live guns, breath guns, talk guns, email about guns, comment about guns, read about guns. Its their central issue and point of existence.

The NRA quote

I got a gun and it aint teenie it makes up for my little weenie...
#3.1 Rack Jite on 2007-12-12 13:34
So because Mr. Horn killed those two men means he falls into that category? I'm not sure if he spent as much time talking and breathing guns as you have assumed. Once again, I believe you are lumping way too many folks into one group. I have a concealed hangun license, I've never shot or pointed my gun at anyone. I hope I'm never in the situation to have to take another human life. Yet I woudldn't hesitate to use my gun if I felt I had to. It's quite possible Mr. Horn had those same exact qualities.
#4 WerB on 2007-12-12 15:12
I forgot to mention, gunloons have carry licenses and only come to blogs to talk their carry licenses or other gun matters.
When weapons of death become the single most important issue to people, the are they nothing to be proud of.
#4.1 Rack Jite on 2007-12-13 00:49
Cmon, RJ...Looneytarians are the woodstock generation? Nah...

Interesting distinction you make though: decriminalization vs. legalization. Would like to hear more if you have a moment.
#5 schoolml on 2007-12-12 22:44
I just found you cant type in links here. Shit...
Link in sidebar to LAW AND ORDER, 10th article down says it all on this...

As far as Looneytarians many make the mistake of equating it to some NORML guy with a pony tail and a tie die shirt and a pony tail... NO!
Its to all to the right of the Right-wing.
Easiest visual is just imagine a MAD MAX movie. Of for more reality, see a Libertarian state, Somalia... Its a real simple philosophy, who ever has the biggest gun and the most money WINS.
PERIOD.
But you knew that... :-)
#5.1 Rack Jite on 2007-12-13 00:56
Ah, so the fact of having a carry license means you are a "gunloon" and someone who wants to kill. Makes sense to me. Just to let you know "WerB" isn't my real name, so what "glory" do I gain by stating I have a CHL? Might want to take your blinders off, my friend. And let's not get carried away, that shotgun you use to "bird hunt every few years" I'm sure would be put to use if someone broke into your house and threatened your family. And if that's not the case, you might want to re-think who's life you'd rather give up. You and your family's or that guy who's in your house illegally at 2 a.m.
#6 WerB on 2007-12-13 06:57
You would not be here commenting or abbreviating CHL if you were not a gunloon. :-)
Most people shot in homes are not burglars but family members.

And this case has NOTHING TO DO with breaking into ones home. It has to do with someone shooting unarmed people in the back for the joy of it AND about those who love that. Its disgusting.
#6.1 Rack Jite on 2007-12-13 07:57
I'm sorry. You are right since I know how to abbreviate 3 words means I want to kill someone. I see your point, what was I thinking? And I'm sure Mr. Horn was all smiles as he shot those two men.
#7 WerB on 2007-12-13 08:22
Maybe not laughing but he was knew exactly what he was going to do. Kill two people. Unarmed people. This is the 911 call. He KNEW the cops would be there in seconds. He is a gunloon and a murderer.

'One vital piece of evidence is certain to be the audiotape of Mr. Horn’s 911 calls. In a low, calm and steady voice, he said he saw the men breaking in and asked: “I’ve got a shotgun; do you want me to stop them?”

The Pasadena emergency operator responded: “Nope. Don’t do that. Ain’t no property worth shooting somebody over, O.K.?”

Mr. Horn said: “But hurry up, man. Catch these guys will you? Cause, I ain’t going to let them go.”

Mr. Horn then said he would get his shotgun.

The operator said, “No, no.” But Mr. Horn said: “I can’t take a chance of getting killed over this, O.K.? I’m going to shoot.”

The operator told him not to go out with a gun because officers would be arriving.

“O.K.,” Mr. Horn said. “But I have a right to protect myself too, sir,” adding, “The laws have been changed in this country since September the first, and you know it.”

The operator said, “You’re going to get yourself shot.” But Mr. Horn replied, “You want to make a bet? I’m going to kill them.”

Moments later he said, “Well here it goes, buddy. You hear the shotgun clicking and I’m going.”

Then he said: “Move, you’re dead.” '

I'm a gun owner but I do not hunt since I - unlike Rackjite here - do not enjoy killing as a sport. I have a firearm in my house for the same reason I have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
I'd rather have Joe Horn as a neighbor than Quanell X any day of the week. Guess that makes me a "racist."
And one more thing, Rack. The Joe Horn case doesn't have anything to do with the Castle Law.
#8 Jim Sachsen on 2007-12-14 01:27
Haven't we already established he said he was going to kill them? Under what circumstance is acceptable to you that he could say "I'm going to kill them" and it not be considered murder? I thought he had the right to protect a third party's property, and to also prevent them from fleeing with said property. That's right, I read that under the Penal Codes.
#9 WerB on 2007-12-14 08:01
The guy shot a couple unarmed negroes in the back, this is Texas, he has nothing to worry about regards the law. And even as Americans we put property about lives.

The issue is not the law but the inate racism, gungoonery, the fun of shooting and killing and taking the law into one's own hands. And the sorryass gunloons who get hardons over it.
And of course you dont like UPPITY NEGROES, just like you dont like UPPITY women too I bet hey? Or are you a Hillary fan? :-)

You got a gun and it ain teenie it makes up for yer little weenie...

AND THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE in all this gungoonery... All some people have going for them in life are their guns and their waving guns and yapping about their guns...
#9.1 Rack Jite on 2007-12-15 01:17
Rack Jite,
I now realize that I wasted a long time when I replied last. This will be my last just to say that the more I read of your comments the more I see how closed minded and pathetic you are.
As has been said many imes before... You are the only closed-minded prick who refuses to acknowlegde anyone else's view especially when they prove you wrong and make a fool of you- well you pretty much do that yourself.
I love guns, you can call me what you want. But at the end of the day, I am a more open minded person than you and admit when I am dead wrong.
You are the only racist person here and the only one who compromises their values. I remember you mentioning Horn should get the death penalty- something from which you would defend the worst rapist and serial killer from suffering.
The joy I get though is thinking that Texas will NEVER change no matter how much garbage and how many twisted lies you of racism you try to use to cover your own racism....
Long lived TEXAS and the laws thereof!! May ever more citizens exercise their 2nd Ammendment Right!!!
#9.1.1 Texan in Brazil on 2008-01-02 16:34
First, how dare you assume that I'm a racist. Seems to me you are one very close-minded individual who thinks everyone has some motive other than what's on the surface. You are more concerned that they were black instead of what the law says. And if you are going to respond, please drop the childish like behavior.
#10 WerB on 2007-12-15 19:23
Seems the truth hurts.

If I phoned 911 and told them people were running AWAY from a neighboring house - while I locked and loaded from behind the drapes, and planned to shoot them, despite warnings from the representative of the law telling me NOT to shoot them, I would be in prison or dead today.
(unless perhaps, they were kidnapping the neighbor's child). That was not the case here however.

In many states I would be on death row, not enjoying hero status like good ol' Joe is.

It's not as if they were facing him, they had turned tail and were running as fast as they could. Of course, that doesn't make their crime right, neither does it make Joe into judge, jury, and executioner.
#10.1 Newscat on 2007-12-18 04:19
"Sir, please turn and face me" will be the first thing I ask a burgler while he's running away with my property. Or think "that's ok, it's just stuff, I'll buy more and he can come back later and take that too". Nah, the cops are always around and they always catch the burgler. Let them take care of it.
