I became interested in this story for a few reasons.
See the little “A” in the lower right hand corner. The only picture thus far of “gun enthusiast” Richard Sandberg was by the Google street camera car while he was standing in his driveway. Talk about privacy being invaded. Bill Maher – Liberty and freedom come not so much from the 2nd amendment as it does the 4th amendment.
Secondly was reading comments about this story at various websites. The cry from “gun enthusiasts” is that this story and others purposely paint all “gun owners” as crazy right-wing monsters. No, I am a gun owner, there are 100 million gun owners in the United States who between them own an average of 3 guns each, making it clear we now have more guns than people, or cars for that matter. How about some synergy? Lets’ mount these guns on our cars!
The argument goes that if anyone questions background checks, sale of extended magazines or assault rifles they are GUN GRABBERS out to destroy the constitution and the 2nd Amendment AND of course come crashing through doors to take everyone’s guns away. No, that is the realm of the NRA, GUN OWNERS OF AMERICA, GUN MANUFACTURERS, and Right-wing gun pigs, gun nuts, gun loons, gun crazies, or to put it in kinder gentler terms, “gun enthusiasts.” I have been around the internet for almost 30 years now and these are the sickest, the craziest, most racist Right-wing and Looneytarian bozos online where most of the death threats come from. Excuse me, most threatening “gun enthusiasts” online.
What one realizes from the get go is guns are their life. It’s their number one issue, even before hating liberals and President Obama. It is also the top factor in their life style, driven as it is by paranoia, ignorance, machismo, right-wing extremism and racism. For the most part they are losers who have little else to cling to.
What the media fails to tell us, is the shooters in most every one of these massacres are… GUN ENTHUSIASTS.
