Boy, Jon Stewart sure got Bob Schieffer laughing a lot! The update is that this morning at 8am it is still unknown if John McCain is going to pussy out of tonight's debate. Though much like the GOP keeping the "media" away from Sarah Palin because she is too stupid to be President, I must put my money on him showing up tonight.

In Mrs. Palin's defense I must say that George W. Bush was obviously also too stupid to be President, but American Voters wanting to keep the bar low by doing their best to not elect anyone smarter than they are, elected him anyway and he turned out great! Well that is what lipless right-wing NeoCon pundit Charles Kruthammer said this week in comparing W. Bush to the greatness of Harry Truman. "So unpopular that Truman left office disparaged and highly out of favor. History has revised that verdict. I have little doubt that Bush will be the subject of a similar reconsideration."

This of course is true. Most American voters are armed and if not living in trailer parks, wish they did. It is probably why the American people didn't really care much about Bill and Monica. There is a story like that in every issue of Trailer Life.

His defense of Mrs Palin got me looking back to another woman very much like Sarah Palin who Bill was also hot for. Below is a picture of Paula Jones naked and getting it from behind taken a few years before then Governor Bill Clinton had sullied her fine reputation. Palin Family out of Mooseburgers!

Last week, the day after Hurricane Ike hit Dumbutt, Texas - I put this picture up of the boat in the road at the turn in to my sub division.

From the WE SHOOT sign I assumed it was the Palin Family house boat washed up from afar. [though I did not see any barefoot unmarried pregnant teenage girls or a heavily armed woman with big hair and glasses]

Here is the same boat in the same place a week later.

I can only assume that the Palin's are now finished shooting errant Negroes and have run out of mooseburgers, elk sausage and ammo and are now in need of help. A few days ago I found a couple dead squirrels and a possum under one of my down trees and tossed them up on their boat as I drove by after I took this picture this morning. No one seemed to be around. I assume they are at chruch thanking the Lord for putting their boat on the road and having no food. Praise the Lord!

No Net, No Cable, No Brains

Had three big trees on my property, all three landed on the house. Praise the Lord!

It has been more than a week now that I have suffered no cable. The net I can get here in this coffee shop but I can only drink so much coffee so don't hang long.

What I found most upsetting is that the local network channels are Hurricane Ike news all the time for 8 days running now. No network nightly news other than PBS, or any prime time shows other than PBS. It is the same with the radio and again, thank God for NPR with any news beyond wind and water damage.

This has caused me to watch many of those strange big city local stations I never new existed before. There seems to be about four in English and six in Spanish. Lots of African American sitcoms and Mexican game shows. I have seen more acne ads in the last week than I have in my entire life.

The overall picture I got was that poor people who cannot afford cable are caught in a television cycle of very stupid programming directed to the lowest common denominator. This of course perpetuates the central political problem of our democracy, it makes the American Voter even dumber than they already are.

Gospel Today hidden behind counter like Hustler

Christian book stores affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention have pulled this month's copy of Gospel Today from the shelves. A directive came down that stores were to keep it under the counter and available only upon request. Like Hustler. Gospel Today magazine pulled from Christian bookstores’ shelves
The offense is obvious, pictures of five lady pastors! As the Southern Baptist Convention knows, in God's eyes women are less deserving and capable than men. That being so, the Southern Baptist Convention is one of them there Middle East "Shit Religions".

And those who control it, make policy and profit from it are "Shit People".

Oh, and those who blindly follow this crazyass crap are ignorant, stupid, intolerant Boobs. Especially the women! My God! Just how stupid can women be? Wow!

Ike having taked my net and cable away for a week has changed my TV experience.

I noticed this Sunday morning that those TV preachers doing their Sunday best, plug themselves as non denominational, but at the end of the shows many of them either say or have a crawl telling the TV audience to attend a "Bible Based" church in their area.

Perhaps that is the defining issue of "Shit Religions". After all, no book is more full of ignorant, stupid, intolerant crap than the Bible.

Much of it is so horrible in fact, that it should not be on the shelves at all but like Hustler and Gospel Today, kept under the counter and available for request only.

Is that Sarah Palin's House Boat in front of my House?

Here is a shot of the road out at the turn in to our sub division. By the sign I assume it is the Palin Family house boat washed up from afar. I did not see any married or unmarried pregnant women with big hair so I am not positive whose boat it is. But no matter, it does my heart swell to know how much we Texans and Alaskans have in common. Bonded at the head by cold rolled steal!

I had three big trees in the yard and they all fell on the house, but not so bad as we can't live there with the generator. Mr. Ike also blew the front door open so that made a mess. From the back yard I can see the phone lines, the cable lines and the power lines all down in three separate places so here I am at Starbucks asking for Mr. Beam. They are out it seems. The frigging pods are a joke, like a four wait for uneatable C rations, they call them MREs now, ice that melts by the time you get home and water which is okay. Will a little, a splash for the Beam.

Rack Jite Palinized in Houston by Hurricane Ike

easy the dog The family Jite, living as it does a few blocks from Galveston Bay, had to pack up a few things and journey North to not be killed by Hurricane Ike.

Over the years we have found the plan that best suits us. We take a round about way up to the airport North of town and stay in a high end hotel and act like bigshots. Though we do carry in quite a bit of fried chicken.

Upon arriving with reservations at the Crowne Plaza Hotel we found ourselves Palinized for bringing along family member Easy - a pleasant Golden Retriever. Initially servants of all kinds attended our every need until the best dressed one of the bunch had a hizzy fit about the dog. Apparently we were suppose to have left it to drown.

Let me be very clear about this. None of us were carrying weapons, no one had entrails draped around their necks and neither my wife nor my single daughter were pregnant, and we were still refused a room at the inn... Palinized in Texas.

Celebs Britney, Palin and Paris, Sarah Palin is the one with the Gun

Celebrity bad girl Sarah Palin The John McCain campaign has pushed Sarah Palin so far over the top into celebrity status that their attack last month on Barack Obama being just another celebrity like Paris Hilton makes the RNCseem like Monty Python's infamous Silly Party. But hypocrisy in the GOP has never been an issue Republcians concern themselves with. [Childless, thrice divorced, morphine addicted, family values spokesman Rush Limbaugh always comes to mind]
It is not that hard to pick Palin out of the pictures of pleasant looking celebrity photos, she always seems to be the one with a gun [as the photo above is the cover of Newsweek magazine]. The pictures of Palin and guns are usually accompanied by text blurbs about her killing and gutting large mammals. This of course works well, for as we all know, American Jesus was always armed and always trying to kill something or other.

These celebrity bad girls should take a lesson from Celebrity Sarah Palin. If these young women want to redeem themselves in the eyes of America they should put a stopper on this reactionary crap of theirs going out in the world to help poor people, unChristian and unAmerican as that is, and go get their carry permits, wave guns around and go find something to kill bigger than they are. Its a no brainer.

How Stupid are White Women?

sarah palin prays This question first came up a few months ago when I heard Hillary's Pants Suit Minions from the primaries were going to move over and vote for John McCain. White Women were going to abandon all that Hillary Clinton stood for, forget their liberal issues, reverse their party affiliations and vote against their own self interest because they were angry that the Obama campaign and the media treated Hillary poorly. How stupid is that? Or was the media just putting us on?

Now John McCain has chosen Sarah Palin as a running mate. A political clone of right-wing reactionary Phyllis Schlafly, a gun toting rabid Pro Life religious creation science airhead who plays well at NRA meetings and trailer parks. The polls today say 20% of white women have moved to McCain. How stupid is that? Or is the media just putting us on again?

A Black Woman named Oprah Winfrey - who enjoys the largest audience of White Women on television - has refused to have Sarah Palin on her show because The Poprah knows she is a reactionary right-wing nitwit who is more clown than candidate, Oprah wisely wants nothing to do with her. I am like a Black Woman! Opray Winfrey did not become the most powerful woman in America because she is stupid.

Which all brings is back to the burning question, just how stupid are White Women anyway?

a) Not stupid at all, the media is just putting us on. (The wishful thinking answer)
b) No more stupid that White Men. (My answer)
c) Stupid
d) Very Stupid (The answer for White Men who never want to get laid again)
