Michele Bachmann has felt that ‘calling and tugging’ which tells her God has a message, which she interprets as ‘Run!’ Note the double talk when she is asked whether she will sign Ryan’s health care destruction bill. Although Bachmann voted for the bill, she cleverly placed an asterisk on her vote – apparently an old constitutional loophole.

Bachmann’s mention in a recent interview of her ‘twenty eight children’ took me to this 2006 article from ‘Wonkette.’ Bachmann must have done a bang-up job of raising her own 5, and the other foster children with good old family values.  See full article here.

A Wonkette operative says Bachmann has five kids of her own and raised an astonishing 23 foster kids. A nice person would say, "Oh, that’s a nice thing." But our cold-hearted operative notes that Minnesota pays $30 a day, tax free, per foster kid.

"So if Bachmann has fostered 23 children, let’s say for an average of five years, that would come out to a non-taxable $1,259,250," the Wonk-Op writes. "No wonder she’s anti-abortion. Children are a cash crop for her."
