Republican Congressman Chris Lee from New York wasted no time in resigning in the wake of media revelations that he had been soliciting extramarital affairs through Craigslist. Craislist is the online equivalent to running a billboard ad across the United States, it’s obvious that Lee lacks the stealth to be a successful sleazebag, but if he learns from his mistakes he can aspire to the level of higher ranking Republicans like Newt Gingrich, and regain his career very soon.
Lee had responded to a Maryland woman’s ad with emails representing himself as a divorced lobbyist who is a "fit fun classy guy." He forgot to mention his wife and son, but the woman soon found out through an online search which she promptly sent to Gawker. Gawker in turn published the shirtless photo seen in this video of Lee, flexing his muscles. Be thankful the flirtation didn’t get past the stage of photographing his bulging arm muscles!
