Even after Wednesday’s Earth shattering revelations by the Issa Committee Hearings on Benghazi which weresuppose to show it worse than Watergate, Iran Contra, and 911 combined, I found the theme of this political cartoon to be the norm in my searching this morning. And lots and lots of them just like this. So the new hearing was as much of a flop for the GOP as all the previous ones and I would guess, all the future ones.
So Fox News and the GOP now need to include political cartoonists with MSNBC, Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart and the entire lamestream media as their enemies and as such, the enemies of America. Along with Hispanics, Blacks, Single Woman, Gays and smart people.
If you did not notice it took a turn at the Wednesday hearing. It went from Impeachment of Obama and knocking Hillary out of 2016 for their direct responsibility in the killing of 4 Americans in Benghazi to… Whistle blowing witness Mr Hicks being treated poorly by mean girls in the State Department. Even Mr. Hicks admitted that deploying jets or Navy Seals would not have changed the outcome, but MAY have made some difference IF the fracas had gone on over the next few days, which it did not.
So we are now down to Benghazi being about Mean Girls. This entire thing somehow reminds me of Lindsay Lohan. What did she do to begin the downward spin into oblivion? She bumped a car while parking and got a DUI for it.
And hey, the biggest story now about Benghazi is how we now have a media war going on! Fox News versus MSNBC and Comedy Central. I noticed Jon Stewart gave it a rest last night, I wonder what Monday will bring.
