Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Meet flashy dresser and Republican Debbie Riddle, the Texas legislator who introduced a controversial bill which brings harsh penalties for those hiring undocumented workers – with a few lil’ ol’ exceptions. Debbie is also known for her ‘Terror Babies’ theory, in which women plan their offspring’s short lives out while they are in utero.

The party with the hatred of big government, and the state with the 27 billion dollar shortfall aren’t working on "Jobs" they’re focusing on the above bill, and other bills such as the production that a pregnant woman must endure before obtaining an abortion. They’re for unobtrusive small government, ya’ll. Wayne Slater of the Dallas Morning News joins Rachel to talk about this and other solutions for Texas, such as pulling funding for education.
