OMG, Bill Clinton called Obamacare crazy which it is, though unlike both Bill and Hillary who failed at their NON CRAZY try at it, President Obama realized his plan was the only way to at least cover people with pre existing conditions, the working poor, college students and getting tax supported emergency room costs down, what with the American Republican Party as the only entity in the world that refuses to see health care as a human right or that profit should not be the driving force of health care.
It is real simple to solve, there are hundreds of nations who have gone single payer to massive support. And they did so in a hundred different ways with just three universal issues to adhere to: Everyone is covered. Everyone pays for it through a payroll tax. Insurers cover healthcare as non profits [they make their profits on supplemental plans and such.] Just join up Medicare and Medicaid, do some tweaking and get it done, done in a NON CRAZY manner that the whole rest of the world has accomplished and ENJOYS.
