These Town Hall people are no different than the Tea Partiers and the Birthers. They are the Republican Base which our Republican Congressman and Senators have no choice but to suck up to or lose Republican Primaries to upstart Wingnuts promoted by Rush Limbaugh and funded by the NRA.
Sure it’s all kind of funny watching boobs be boobs on a what seems to be political reality TV. Funny until one looks out their front door to realize there are tens of millions of these boob running amok. Intolerant selfish bigots to be sure, but it’s THE STUPID that is the driving force. As Mr. Maher so sharply quipped, we need Study Halls rather than Town Halls.
