This election will see 6% of the 18 to 29 demographic come out to vote. I always wondered why Nixon of all people got the 18 vote amendment passed. This is why, he knew it didn’t matter a hill of beans as long as his Southern Strategy would work. I wonder if he knew that kind of race baiting would be the key to Republican Party success for the 40 years.
