It was a promo for a new bar opening. New Zealander Phil Blackwood and bar manager Htut Ko Ko Lwin and bar owner Tun Thurein had removed the picture as soon as they took notice that comments found it offensive, but not enough for Myanmar’s Religious Affairs Ministry.
Myanmar, with a population of 53 million finally came out from under 50 years of the whip of a military junta in 2012 to form a theocratic state based upon the dominate religion of Buddhism. In the last 2 years, Buddhists have killed approximately 250 Muslims in sectarian religious violence.

The solution to religious violence in the world seems easy to fix. We create a Christian homeland in part of Syria for the Kurds and way a requirement that they open up immigration to all Evangelical Christians in America. We partition Iraq and hand one section over to the Buddhists for a Buddhist Homeland, and another section to the Hindus for a Hindu Homeland while leaving Netanyahu in charge of Israel. We then move one of our aircraft carriers to port in the Red Sea and sell cheap open carry nukes to all of them. After all the region needs more rubble.
