According to Pat, World War II was unnecessary because Winston Churchill once said so. Buchanan also gives poor put upon Neville Chamberlain a reprieve saying he had it right. As McCain, Obama and Hillary made speeches at the Israeli AIPAC lobby, Pat Buchanan was nowhere to be seen, after all, Jews are still in a quandary as to who is worse, Pat Buchanan or Osama bin Laden.

Not only a name brand behind a third party run, but with the success of Libertarian - but Republican Party member - Ron Paul who is still pulling in over 10% of the primary votes in many states. This could be far worse for the GOP than Nader was for the Democrats since Ron Paul was the Libertarian Party presidential candidate in 1988. Since then, Libertarians have voted for the most reactionary right-wing Republicans they could find, but this time around they have a recognizable name with a long history of reactionary right-wing causes, a seething hatred of liberals and above all that undying American spirit of increasing the proliferation of handguns and assault rifles making Charlton Heston seem a pantywaist. After viewing the George Will video from yesterday I have to wonder what George is going to do. A committed Libertarian with that same philosophy that suffering bad ENDS does not matter long as freedom of money and guns is not infringed in any manner at all. What will George Will do?

Bush and his present and future wars, campaigning for the Republican Presidential nominee and expected to give the Keynote address at the Republican Convention to unlike McClellan having nothing to do with the truth. I would guess there are thousands of horrid words to befit our Mad War Mongering Irishman from Connecticut. Despicable traitor? Jaundiced Judas? Repellent Worm? Squealing Pig Man?

"So I agree with you 100%! With your book, the ideology and the GOP! Any woman wishing an abortion for any reason should be left alone! As should my cousin Rollin Doobie." Ya know, I have never heard their answer to such questions. Also notice when Colbert asks if this means no funding of roads and highways, Norquist says we only need funding of police and war. At first we find this Republican hypocrisy of defining Obama as a Chamberlain Hitler appeaser and friend of terrorists rather silly. After all, Bush is writing letters to Kim, Gates is saying talk with Iran, McCain said talk to Hamas, Rummy supported Saddam, Nixon met with Mao, Reagan sat down with the Soviet Union and so forth. But the silliness faded this morning when I saw the CNN poll just now.
