When even the conservative NY Post is reporting that it was worth $8 million for CNN to get rid of Lou Dobbs you know it must be true!  Dobbs who with his rabid bigotry, populist xenophobia single handedly destroyed the reputation of CNN as a credible news source.

Dobbs had become an ugly vile version of Fox News' Glenn Beck but lacking Becks' otherworldly humor, silly insanity and pitiful likability. 

This is all especially satisfying for me as because for past two years I have been emailing CNN, snail mailing CNN, boycotting CNN and writing articles about Lou Dobbs calling for CNN to move his ugly ass over to Fox News where he belongs. Lou Dobbs - Shithead of the Year 2008

The best line in this video clip is the ending. The same line I shouted not a few times - to no one listening - 10 years ago during the Republican Impeachment of Bill Clinton.

The well deserved and long over due slam on Nancy Grace is not only about the media deciding who is guilty or innocent, but that she has no peer in causing Americans to buy truck loads of guns and ammo, helping to  jack up punishments, build more prisons, offer less parole and probation, put more people into death chambers and increase the sales of adult diapers for her audience to shit their pants in fear of everyone everywhere.

Also a slam on the general media for this same process of making Law & Order entertainment rather than the serious business it is.

I am certainly no smarter than anyone else outside Texas, but when I saw the water disappearing from that beach before the Indian Ocean Tsunami I knew what was coming BACK. Same thing when I saw that silver balloon blowing across the prairie. It was just a larg Mylar Valentines Day Balloon which in no possible way could it carry a 50 pound kid. Come on, we need a bit of critical thought rather than just blind acceptance of what these people are saying. Because remember, everything they do and say is to sell Twinkies, Trucks and lots and lots of beer for your brain.

The Rudy Giuliani clips here say much about Republican politics of the day. The hypocrisy of the GOP that no matter what Obama - or any Democrat does - it is going to be wrong and evil no matter they would do the same thing.

Bringing Muslim Hijackers to NY justice was just fine with Rudy 3 years ago, what changed? The Republicans got tossed out of Washington to be replaced by not only a bunch of Socialists who want everyone to have affordable health care, but their inarticulate white good ole boy was replaced by an uppity multi-cultural Constitutional Law professor! Republicans do not like smart people, like the song goes; Smart people, smart people, Smart people got no business to live.

Former McCain campaign manager Steve Schmidt said that Sarah Palin is a liar and her book is fiction! He's not the only one, former staffers are coming out with damning evidence, which oddly bothers Palin not in the least. It is accurately stated that she lies and doesn't seem to care if anyone catches her at it. A perky lil' wink will fix everything - in Sarah Palin world.



John McCain had asked his former aides to ignore any remarks they heard from Sarah Palin. With the publication of her new new book...rather, the one which bears her name, the gloves have come flying off as lie after lie forces them to correct her fantasy life. It's amazingly easy, as her printed word is easily proven false by a campaign's worth of email and memos. She simply doesn't care, perhaps she has the concept of fiction and non-fiction confused? No, I didn't think so either. Nicole Wallace who was Sarah Palin's Chief Handler, as V.P. and one I'd assume would have grown closer to her than some, obviously harbors no false loyalty when it comes to falsehoods. She calls the book ."just fabricated." Another staffer said there was no truth or semblance to any conversation I ever had with her. More staffers weigh in with revealing comments. After all, they were accused of being inept and incapable of handling her, as if anyone were capable of the latter.

This grows even more fun as memos appear which completely negate Palin's blase' comments on her Oprah Winfrey appearance, where she made it sound as if she were ready to appear on SNL and just have some fun! A-hem...the memo, loosely translated, reveals Palin calling the SNL cast; "gross" - "these folks r whack I didn't know it was as bad as it is. What's the upside of giving them any celebrity venue a ratings boost?" She then went on SNL refusing to say a line written for her, referring to the brilliant job Tina Fey had done. Quite simply, all she would have had to read was "I like the way Tina Fey has portrayed me." Even the queen of the liars couldn't - or wouldn't do that line! All three of today's "Worst Of" losers have something in common, Glenn Beck and Steve Doocy are fixtures on FOX "News" and William Kristol appears on so-called conservative media like FOX whenever possible. His opinion on Nidal Hasan is as un-American as using the flag for outhouse detail, while Beck's revolutionary ideas for trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and Doocy's ditzy drama of misinformation never fail to astound and dismay!



Gold: William Kristol demonstrates clueless, anti-American disregard for the very principles this country is founded upon, and the soldiers who fight for them as he criticizes Janet Napolitano. In Willie's world, we don't need trials and justice for all, just some. If Army Major Nidal Hasan should be tried by a mob with a rope, what about Bush and Cheney? After all, many consider them to be war criminals, and Cheney's Halliburton offshoot, KBR has ended the lives of American soldiers in Iraq through faulty shower wiring, and is still being very well paid by the government our soldiers protect.

Silver, Glenn Beck : Khalid Sheikh Mohammeds' trial weighs on Beck's wee mind. He wishes to "kick it upstairs" rather than overwhelming the system. You know, that is what "they" want to do, is overwhelm the system! You've heard the latest conspiracy, right here! Just wait until you hear where he wishes to "kick it up" - to!

Surely FOX must have someone who can google facts for them, I'd almost volunteer in my spare time. Enough of this crazy talk. The really BIG news today is that President Obama bowed! Witnesses say that Ms Heather Ellis sashayed right past those waiting in line - something acceptable only if you are on fire, and even then, you may not stop to cut in line. Ms Ellis was not on fire...yet. She cut in front of those waiting and shoved the merchandise belonging to another customer behind hers on the conveyor belt to make room for her own. I know how this would go over at the local Walmart where the racial mix is extremely diverse. Patrons wouldn't care whether she were white, black, purple, or teal. It is likely that they would choose to point out her faux pas. If she didn't mend her ways, she could be identified as black and blue regardless of her original coloring, people take these things seriously here, and in Kennett, Mo where this story originated on that fateful day in June of 2007. Unfortunately the woman who happened to have her items shoved backward on the conveyor was white. It's reported that Heather Ellis, the then - 20-year-old college student and preacher's daughter, became belligerent when confronted. Unless and until her attorneys release surveillance tapes, we have only the involved witness accounts to counter Ms Ellis, who maintains that what transpired next was racially motivated.



In a letter to the NAACP, Ellis claims 'cuttsies' in line on a technicality. She explained that she was joining her cousin in a faster moving line. Try that move on the Friday after Thanksgiving, you're likely to get stuffed even if you're the Queen Mother. My apologies, I digress...but merely from a shoppers' viewpoint, certainly not a racial one. Waiting your turn is the code of the shopping line, broken only when a polite shopper with a huge cart invites another with only gum, or a personal hygiene product to go first. It's rare, but I have seen it happen with my own eyes. From all accounts, the customer whose merchandise Ellis shoved back the better to insert hers, was not offering such a deal. Ellis claimed that she was then pushed by the white customer, hassled by store employees, called racial slurs and physically mistreated by Kennett police officers, whose physical and psychic wounds have healed nicely after three years. The police officers are not likely forget Ms Ellis, even without their scars. Court documents state that Ellis was requested to calm down, a suggestion she emphatically refused. Likewise, she turned down other requests to simply leave the property, both requests were made by the manager and a security guard. Having failed to quiet or dislodge her they felt they had no option other than to call the police. Fox News and the rest of the Republican propaganda machine is claiming that Doug Hoffman may have won the 23rd District and will soon take office from Democrat Bill Owens.

The Tea Party Barney Fife of Upstate New York conceded too early it seems. It was not a 5000 vote loss, but 3000 which would call for a recount.

There are also over 10,000 absentee ballots uncounted, most from the the military who Fox News says are overwhelmingly Fox News conservatives.

The flaw in this seems to be that after about half the absentee ballots have now been  counted they reflect the reality of the general election rather than the reality of Fox News. NY 23rd Update at Kos

Republican. Colorado State Senator David Schultheis launched a hyperbolic and ill-worded attack on President Barack Obama, utilizing Twitter appropriately enough. The Senator said : "Don't for a second, think Obama wants what is best for U.S. He is flying the U.S. plane into the ground at full speed. Let's roll!" Shades of 9/11, which the weasel denies!



Gold, Repub. Colorado State Senator David Schultheis. This may well be the only award he wins, I suggest that he frame it. Watch as he weasels out of responsibility for using the rallying cry of the doomed airline passengers of flight 93 - "Let's Roll!" to compare the country under President Obama to that great tragedy. Need I say he isn't convincing. Mocking those people is not a drag on the conscience of a 'man' who hopes that HIV positive babies will be born. Silver, Lou Dobbs: Dobbs, who lost all perspective over the Mexico border issue years ago, now blames the Obama Administration and the 'usual suspects' for the loss of his job at CNN. In this unbelievable video he expands upon his theory of woe-is-me, it's a conspiracy. I thought he'd gone to Fox long ago!
