Is that music from VOTE AGAINST GAY MARRIAGE ad from The Exorcist? No matter, the gist of it cannot be missed seeing them side by side. Promoting Gay Marriage a bright sun shiny day with smiling people and kind words. On the side against gay marriage fear, darkness, hatred and intolerance. A reflection of the differences between the Political Parties today... Hmmm... And yesterday.... And tomorrow. 


Over the years this issue has time and again caused me to ask:

What has gay marriage to do with taking the skin off of anyones' nose?

How could anyone possibly want to deny the same rights and privleges to gay couples they enjoy themselves?

How is it even possible that anyone would want to deny stable relationships between people who love one another?

And more topically in these days of Tea Party madness how can these same people who tout The Constitution as being abused because they don't want to pay taxes so completely ignor it and the 14th Amendment on this issue?  Are they nuts?

Over the years I too have come to the same conclusion as Jon Stewart. Just as some people are born gay, others are born intolerant. Which makes the answer to this simple. Conservatives should not be allowed to reproduce. We need to keep them from marrying EACH OTHER, the spawn of which helps populate this Hillbilly Nation of ours.  Please contact your congressman in support of the The Defense of Tolerance Act. 

I also accept the secondary theory on this that all will end well as this is really about very old people who will be leaving the voting booths soon by natural attrition.

This is one of the most amazing political videos I have ever seen. And what's more is it was put up as reason to vote for a Conservative Republican.



The less than charismatic Doug Hoffman is being sold as Jimmy Stewart's Mr Smith goes to Washington. But as you can see it is far more like Barney Fife being interviewed by "Network" star Howard Beale. But at least we know Doug doesn't like Karl Marx! Reason enough for an overwhelming victory by Republicans in Upstate New York.

I  do wonder about that district up there which seems to be over 1/4 the land mass of New York state. Who lives up there? Is that were Texans go to die?

Here is just two minutes of the almost 30 minute interview with Rush Limbaugh on the fair and balanced Fox News Sunday. Fox News Chris Wallace doing this suck up interview proves better than anything imaginable how right the White House has been saying Fox News is a Republican propaganda machine having little if anything to do with NEWS whatsoever. How being a morphine addict has made Rush Limbaugh love himself even more than he did before is NOT NEWS!



This interview is little different than those Limbaugh gave last month to NBC's Today Show and on the Jay Leno Show. I personally find the recent ubiquitous exposure of Limbaugh exhilarating! Being the optimist I am, I just cannot believe there are that many assholes (well outside Texas anyway) in the world today. So exposing Limbaugh, and Beck, and the Tea Parties, and what Sarah Palin has to say on Facebook is the best thing that every happened to the Democratic Party. These little wins tomorrow and the few seats they will take back in 2010 are only these shnitwits flexing their hate and anger over becoming the losers they are.

They have compared the War on Fox to the Civil War and the War on Terrorism.

They have compared themselves to Radio Free Europe and Barack Obama to Joe Stalin.

They have compared elementary school children singing a song about successful Black men - including Barack Obama - North Korean indoctrination.

We have come a long way from Reaganomics with Fox News now declaring that 55% of Americans are Left Wing Radicals!

Jon Stewart also reminds us that the Public Option is already the moderate compromise to the Left Wing desire for a Single Payer system.

There seems to be 4 issues at work that keep moderates in congress from endorsing a public option.

1) Taking big money from big insurance companies (Max Baucus).

2) Radical Republican ideology of unregulated free markets and that taxes / government is all bad unless it supports war, prisons, executions and getting more guns out on the streets. (The Republican Party)

3) Being a snot nosed little hypocritical turncoat creepy crawler (Joe Lieberman)

4) Politicians who fear they will lose the next election because their constituents find a public option worse than Hitler! (Mary Landriau)

The largest factor seems to be #4, whether it's a Democrat worried about a Republican taking their place or a Republican worried about a more conservative candidate in their primaries.

So why do these politicians constituents - who are middle and lower class voters - so despise a public option?

These KIND OF CONSTITUENTS will have to pay taxes to support a Public Option in some way. And WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE do they perceive as those opting for that Public Option?  Duh...

Do Tea Party Republicans shopping at Whole Foods make them Liberals?  No, but it does give us a good look into what their issue is really all about. It is not their subjective crazy interpretation of the constitution, but rather how consumed they are with hating Liberals and... Hmmm... To put it kindly... Multiculturalism.

The bottom line in all this which includes the basis of Republican ideology is that THESE KIND OF PEOPLE do not want their tax money going to those less white than they are. It is the reason we so easily put an end to welfare support of women and children in 1995. Why we so easily put a stop to universal health care in 1993. And why we still refuse to adopt any form of universal health care today. I cannot think of one Republican friend of mine who in private - after a quick look behind them - will not admit that they do not want their hard earned tax money going to lazy criminal wetbacks and N-words.   

This Buycott business is nothing new. In the early 1990's Right-wing Republican bigot Rush Limbaugh replaced Right-wing Republican bigot Anita Bryant as the spokesman for Florida Orange Juice. Word came to Rush that some Liberals were going to boycott Florida orange juice. Rush told his dittoheads to go all over Florida and buy as much orange juice as they could. Central Florida crackers were filling the beds of their confederate flag adorned pickups full of the stuff!

Though Anita Bryant and Rush Limbaugh are no longer the spokesman for Florida Orange Juice, the industry is little changed from what it has always been. Texas and California market orange juice too.

The FOX NEWS ANCHOR, not commentator, ANGRILY argues that any publicly funded health care, or any publicly funded anything for that matter, is unconstitutional as the Republican nods approval and the Democrat brings up Medicare. This really sets off the FOX NEWS REPUBLICAN PROPAGANDA ANCHOR while the Republican guest nods more approval.

It is time not only for the White House to boycott that silly propaganda machine, but every Democrat in America. While the rest of us take note of who advertises not only on Glenn Beck but anywhere on Fox News.

Only a few years ago upwards of 70% of Americans believed that Global Warming existed and was caused by man. Polls show that has dropped by almost 20% which means "about half" of us are dumber than mud. Pew Research Global Warming poll.

How is it that factual evidence arrived at by the scientific method (facts THEN conclusion) and agreed upon by all scientists in the world other than those being paid by conservative causes - come to mean nothing to the intelligent America Voter (myass). Especially when they can actually witness it like an early Fall, all polar ice caps melting, all glaciers melting, Alaska thawing aand Siberia turning into a bog of methane no matter. Or museums with literally millions of fossils proving evolution. Or even the 10,000 year old arrowhead I have on my desk is somehow bogus. It's the same basis of human error since day one. "About half" the people believe only what they want to believe, no matter what.

In this case it also has much to do with the mainstream media giving into the far Right or be accused of unfairness. Hey, unfairness is the very basis of conservatism!

At least the White House has stepped away from giving these Beckian Tea Bagging Limbiciles the credibility they do not deserve.

So... Which "about half" would that be who do not believe climate change exists?
