Saturday, May 10. 2008US Soldier Richard Torres in Mexican Jail for Weapon Violations In Fort Hood, Texas, Richard Torres (back from a tour in Iraq) put his AR-15 assault rifle, his .45 automatic pistol and 171 rounds of ammo into his car to drive to California to either see or shoot his mother on Mother's Day. Or perhaps just shoot some people on the way..."WARNING ILLEGAL TO CARRY FIREARMS/AMMUNITION INTO MEXICO. PENALTY — PRISON." Torres got lost in El Paso and found himself crossing the Rio Grande into Mexico where he was immediately arrested for weapon trafficking. Presently it is hard for the Mexican government to accept it is just a mistake with all the assassinations of politicians and police going on at present with just these kinds of weapons. And of course the good money in selling them in Mexico. Richard is in a lot of trouble because he enjoyed carrying an assault rifle around with him. Or a gun of any kind for that matter. If he had found some hobby other than mindless gonad expanding shooting the crap out of stuff, he would be in Sunny California with his Mom having a swell time. HomeFriday, May 9. 2008Fort Worth Texas Wife gets 5 years for Husband's CrimeIn Fort Worth, Texas [you know this just has to be a Texas story] Darrell Robertson found his wife in a pickup truck [you know it had to be a pickup truck] in the arms of another man. His wife Tracy Robertson noticing that her husband was witnessing her moment of passion screamed "rape!". Darrell got his gun and that was the end of Mr. LaSalle. Or course a Texas jury [like any Texas jury] refused to indict Robertson because he had a Shoot Whoever You Want Card. This is the invisibile but very real card that states Texans can shoot whoever they please if they step onto their property, The Texas Castle Law. With the Joe Horn case pending without a long overdue indictment, it would seem that the Castle Law has been extended to our neighbor's property. The card also allows Texans to shoot people hugging their wives, as in this case in which the state decided to indict his wife for her dishonest shout. She was sentenced today to 5 years and can get out on probation in 2 years. To make this Texas story even sweeter is this quote by husband Darrell Robertson to the press. "When I heard my wife sream and saw LaSalle trying to drive off from the scene, I had no choice but to do what I did, If I had to do it over, I'd do it again."So there you have it. First let's just consider extending the crack down at this one school to what police do in African American neighborhoods. This is just one on campus cabal, there are likely dozens more. With each supplying many hundreds of students who support their use by selling down the line, trafficking, felony, hard time. Next let's extrapolate that to all 5000 colleges in America. Are you with me here? Because as I write I am not clear exactly where this is going. For the police it sure would be a cakewalk going from fraternity house, to sorority house, to dorm to off campus housing all in a small area filled with mostly unarmed street-dumb kids. And for the police, searching college girls is like living a Girls Gone Wild video. Think of what a boon it would be to trial lawyers! Expensive trial lawyers all the parents would hire. But even with that and our draconian drug laws we would have 100,000s of white college students going to school at Attica, Folsom and what have you, joining the 2 million predominantly black and Hispanics in our prison system now. What would that do? Would it just be fodder for the old hats to have new people to beat and rape? Or would this leveling out and proximity to the more educated class create more desire and motivation upon those already there to grab hold of the American Dream. I also wonder if like dorms these days, would prisons go coed? This could be something that needs doing! It's easy pickings for the police with far less danger than going down to the 4th ward, it would generate revenues with perhaps millions of new arrests and fines, create more middle class jobs for those not in jail, and reduce the recidivism rate as today's prisoners then reach for that American Dream. Let's get started! First off, Harvard and Yale. Best practice the process at a few smaller private colleges before tackling UCLA where the logistics would require many thousands of buses and heaven only knows how many new orange jumpsuits. Manatee County Prosecuters have gone ahead with indicting 93 year old Frank Milio for soliciting sex from a police officer pretending to be a prostitute. After the buxom woman gave Milos the eye, which he had not experienced in close to 50 years, he began flirting and offered her $20. About $3980 less than the going rate in New York, a sweat deal for a wrinkly old man with the prospect of sex with a beautiful young woman. Brings to mind the old adage that if something seems too good to be true it is. If Milio for some reason will not, or cannot offset his Social Security check to pay the few hundred dollar fine, he could get 6 months in the pokey which could very well be a life sentence for trying to get laid with a $20 bill. Carlos Underhill  John number two, Carlos Underhill will not be charged even though he had a prior fine of $150 for the same thing in 1990 when he was just a kid of 75. The rate went up for Carlos to a hefty $30, so he had to put his high speed tennis balls on the front of his walker and dash back to the nursing home to get his portable nebulizer and that extra $10 at the bottom of his hard candy bowl. Prosecutors have let Carlos off because they left the sting and do not know if he ever came back with the money. But they would like to prosecute if they could. This is that same crazyass Rule of Law crap that in 1998 put a BJ on the front page of every newspaper, magazine and TV news program in the world for a year. The UBA, United Buffoons of America... Late at night, Mr. White (a black man) confronted a gang of angry drunk men advancing upon him at his front door and ended up shooting one of them in the face, perhaps accidentally, who made contact with him. Here in Pasadena Joe Horn (a white man) on a sunny afternoon shot two unarmed black men in the back (no accident) who posed no threat to him and were running away across his property. One man is going to jail and the other is sure to walk free. And you know, anyone who can say that these cases are not about race are themselves racists. ADAF. Law enforcement in Kansas City is discovering what many have known through the ages, the simple fact that many people will go to great and often dangerous lengths to get high, while some utilize drugs to access another dimension , for example, Timothy Leary and his LSD experiments. Still others like Shaman still use various hallucinogenic plants in religious and healing rituals. It’s safe to say drugs in one form or another are here to stay, whether authorized by the government or not.
When police investigated a northern Kansas City home to investigate a suspected meth lab, they arrested a 21 year old, charging him with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one of possessing drug paraphernalia – in this instance, the the toad. To be accurate, you need a Sonoran Desert toad often found near the Colorado River. You cannot lick any ol’ toad! Clay County Prosecutor Daniel White said possessing the toad is not illegal, but using it to get high from the venom is. Licking the venom used to be the more common method of obtaining the venom, it is being replaced by smoking it. Either method requires a startled or scared toad. There are sites which show videos online describing how to extract the venom and dry it for smoking, so do not, under any circumstances….light up an unsuspecting toad as if it were a large pop eyed cigar!The Toad Bush AP 12/3/07 As we cruise into yet another year of the failed drug war, let us examine what people who enjoy getting high, are driven to when their drug of choice isn’t available. You ever shot anything with a 12 gauge at 15 feet? Talk about fun! Local police, courts and grand juries don't give a hoot in Hell if you act as police, judge, jury and executioner. It saves everyone tax money which is the be-all and end-all of American life. And besides, it's quite a bit faster and more enjoyable than the old process of lynching. So if you don't like Blacks or Hispanics come on down to Texas! Rent a house or buy a little home and if you can lure some people less white than you on or near your property, you can not only kill them but enjoy a subsequent biker parade! The Supreme Court recently stated that the government has the power to confiscate any property used in a crime, not only before anyone is convicted of anything, but even if the property owner is not involved in the crime.
Tina Bennis was unaware that her husband had used her car to enjoy the oral favors of a prostitute. Police arrested her husband and confiscated the vehicle the heinous criminal act was performed therein. Tina, already a bit miffed at her husband for said dalliance, was victimized further by losing her car. She had done nothing wrong, was a victim and was not a party to the crime in any aspect. This is yet another example of where the mentality of our War on Drugs has driven us. Over the years it has done nothing much to stem the use or availability of drugs, but it sure has hell just about destroyed the 4th Amendment. It has also tripled our prison population, ruined more individuals and families than the drugs themselves, created such fascist ideals as mandatory sentencing, three strikes you are out, relying on the good faith of the police in searches and the government right to take all one’s property for little reason. Pasadena Texas Joe Horn - NEW raw video of Demonstration This one happened just up the road a mile or so. Another fine example of dumbass Texas mentality. 61 year old Joe Horn heard some noises next door on Thursday afternoon. With a quick look out the window he saw a burglary in process. He dialed 911 to report it. The dispatcher told him to sit tight, the police were on the way. Instead Horn grabbed a 12 gauge shotgun went outside and as the two Hispanics legal immigrants - Miguel Antonio DeJesus, 38, and Diego Ortiz, 30 - were leaving, Horn shot them three times in the chest from a distance of 15 feet, needless to say the two died on the spot. Wow, 15 feet with a 12 gauge! Dead-eye Joe. Houston Police just last week shot and killed a 15 year old African American boy for pulling a red hair brush, and a few months ago Pasadena police kicked a Hispanic man to death in custody. But killing unarmed Hispanics and African Americans is not just in the scope of the police down here in Dumbass, it's the stuff of heroes for just regular Texans too. In Texas if one can lure a person they don't like (or a person of some color they don't like) onto their property, they can kill them. Horn was upstairs working at a computer about 2 p.m. when he heard the sound of breaking glass next door. Horn called 911, engaging in a protracted conversation with the dispatcher, who repeatedly advised him to wait inside until police arrived." Grand Juries seldom indict these white local heroes down here, but in this case Mr. Horn is in some legal trouble because he was told by the police to not go outside, the burglars were not on his property, and it was not at night. All aspects of Horn not following the rule of law. Mr. Horn has left town saying he was under stress while the investigation proceeds. As of this time there are a few other issues of interest. Mr. Horn did not know his neighbors who now - five days later - have not been contacted or found. And the police said the burglars had a white bag with a large amount of cash in it. I don't have a big wad of cash around here, do you? First off, this area is about the most Christian and Republican in the known world. It is where Tom DeLay got over 70% of the vote whenever he ran. Shooting unarmed people of color is not only what Republicans do but also what Jesus would do. JESUS KILLS. And secondly, these Christian Republicans cry rule of law bloody murder when it comes to plying their intolerance and bigotry to illegal immigrants, White House bjs or what have you, but when it comes to shooting unwhite people in the face, that all goes out the window. I am sure you can well imagine what the letters to the editors read and what the local talk shows are saying. Cheers and bestowing the highest medal of honor and already there are plans for a big parade on his return. So if any of yall want to come down here to kill someone in your front yard, keep in mind that they have to be on your property. And if you can only lure them to your neighbors yard make sure it is after dark. Be warned, this does not work well for getting rid of bad spouses. Unless they are unWhite. There were 96 arrests, 75 of which were students and fraternity members at San Diego State University. Authorities found two kilograms of cocaine along with 350 Ecstasy
pills, marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, hash oil, methamphetamine,
illicit prescription drugs, several guns and at least $60,000 in cash. 
Far from the Good Ole Boy town of Pasadena, Texas, John H. White (a 54 year old Black man) was found guilty this week of second-degree manslaughter and is now facing 5 to 15 years in prison for killing Daniel Cicciaro, 17, in an upscale neighborhood of Suffolk County, New York.
