What good ideas Republicans have! And that idea was not from the Hillbilly faction of the GOP, but came from the smart part of the Party. Watching FOX NEWS SUNDAY just now the word from the Republican House Minority Leader Big Boner it the answer to all our woes is to lower personal taxes, corporate taxes and capital gains taxes on the wealthy. Which is the same plan that got us into this suicidal mess in the first place. That plan is again, not from the dominate Hillbilly faction of the Party, but from the few smart people left in the Party. Makes one wonder where the GOP is headed.

What's really really good about this issue is the Republican Party has decided that because similar propositions in not a few states passed, that it is now their winning issue for the future! That the religious hillbillies will now take control of the GOP leaving the moderates to.... I dunno... Their reasoning is that even though the majority of Americans were doing straight tickets for Obama and Democrats, they moved off voting for these No Marriage for Gays propositions so they could hurt people. Believe it or not they call this from of hurtful, bigoted intolerance, Christianity. Amazing... They are missing two things in all this. 1) These propositions were outside straight ticket voting on the ballots. 2) Most of those voting to hurt gays and lesbians and wanting to deny them the same rights as everyone else - will for the most part - very soon be dying off from old age.  Chistopher Hitchens is America's foremost foul mouthed drunken prick. He has transcended politics to become our top disheveled independent hate monger. It has been a gradual progression from his years of hate spewing crap directed at Mother Theresa, to his visceral hatred of Princess Di (both before and after her death), and of course his foaming at the mouth hatred of President Bill Clinton who he screams is a Mad Rapist and genocidal murderer. But then again there is his kind intellectual side which presents itself with him being a big fan of George W Bush and especially Bush's war in Iraq (which he promoted before it began and still promotes today.) He is also a snot nosed egomaniacal asshole who puts even Newt Gingrich to shame. He now has Hillary Clinton - who he has always despised - on the rack since the talk of Obama making her Secretary of State has got him on TV once again. In fact I have noticed that it is only his visceral hatred of those on the Left that gets him from his cave where he writes for Vanity Fair onto TV. The name Vanity suits him well. More on this prick Christopher Hitchens I don't like this guy atall...
