Conservative Pundit Kathleen Parker gets vicious threats for Dissing Sarah Palin

As you may know, conservative columnist Kathleen Parker last week wrote that Sarah Palin was not ready for the job of Vice President and called for her to go home. Below she writes in today's column what she wrought.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am a traitor and an idiot. Also, my mother should have aborted me and left me in a dumpster, but since she didn't, I should "off" myself. Those are just a few nuggets randomly selected from thousands of e-mails written in response to my column suggesting that Sarah Palin is out of her league and should step down. Who says public discourse hasn't deteriorated? The fierce reaction to my column has been both bracing and enlightening. After 20 years of column writing, I'm familiar with angry mail. Well Kathy, meet the Beast that American Christianity has brought us. What we have been gently calling the Religious Right for decades and most recently call the Pro Life faction are actually a street gang of ignorant, uneducated, intolerant, bigoted, gun waving, death dealing, violent war mongers, executionists, child beaters who have with their eyes wide open - Praise the Lord - joined one of our many political shit-religions. I have ZERO sympathy for you Kathy. You have been sucking up to our American Taliban and their disgusting crap for a generation. Watch yer back...

Sam Harris on Sarah Palin and Elitism

Ask yourself: how has "elitism" become a bad word in American politics? There is simply no other walk of life in which extraordinary talent and rigorous training are denigrated. We want elite pilots to fly our planes, elite troops to undertake our most critical missions, elite athletes to represent us in competition and elite scientists to devote the most productive years of their lives to curing our diseases. And yet, when it comes time to vest people with even greater responsibilities, we consider it a virtue to shun any and all standards of excellence. When it comes to choosing the people whose thoughts and actions will decide the fates of millions, then we suddenly want someone just like us, someone fit to have a beer with, someone down-to-earth,in fact, almost anyone, provided that he or she doesn't seem too intelligent or well educated.

I believe that with the nomination of Sarah Palin for the vice presidency, the silliness of our politics has finally put our nation at risk. The world is growing more complex - and dangerous - with each passing hour, and our position within it growing more precarious. Should she become president, Palin seems capable of enacting policies so detached from the common interests of humanity, and from empirical reality, as to unite the entire world against us. When asked why she is qualified to shoulder more responsibility than any person has held in human history, Palin cites her refusal to hesitate. "You can't blink," she told Gibson repeatedly, as though this were a primordial truth of wise governance. The bottom line here is the attraction far too many American Voters have toward those whose loyalty is to their fundamentalist religion rather than their loyalty to their Country and the Constitution. It is the WHY of 911, the WHY of our war in Afghanistan with the Taliban, the WHY of our problems in Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and the entire Middle East, and the WHY of most intolerance, bigotry and violent insanity in the world today.

It is not Sarah Palin who is the problem. She is a fine Soccer Mom, NRA Life Member, Field Dresser and Bimbo. The problem is too many American voters (enough to destroy this country) who believe she is the kind of brain trust we need running things in the most complicated area of our lives. And it is not just crazyass religious nuts either, never forget it was John McCain who choose her.

Gospel Today hidden behind counter like Hustler

Christian book stores affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention have pulled this month's copy of Gospel Today from the shelves. A directive came down that stores were to keep it under the counter and available only upon request. Like Hustler. Gospel Today magazine pulled from Christian bookstores’ shelves
The offense is obvious, pictures of five lady pastors! As the Southern Baptist Convention knows, in God's eyes women are less deserving and capable than men. That being so, the Southern Baptist Convention is one of them there Middle East "Shit Religions".

And those who control it, make policy and profit from it are "Shit People".

Oh, and those who blindly follow this crazyass crap are ignorant, stupid, intolerant Boobs. Especially the women! My God! Just how stupid can women be? Wow!

Ike having taked my net and cable away for a week has changed my TV experience.

I noticed this Sunday morning that those TV preachers doing their Sunday best, plug themselves as non denominational, but at the end of the shows many of them either say or have a crawl telling the TV audience to attend a "Bible Based" church in their area.

Perhaps that is the defining issue of "Shit Religions". After all, no book is more full of ignorant, stupid, intolerant crap than the Bible.

Much of it is so horrible in fact, that it should not be on the shelves at all but like Hustler and Gospel Today, kept under the counter and available for request only.

The librarian told Palin that she would not ban any books. A month later Palin sent her a letter informing her she would be fired. Loyalty was the public excuse rather than book banning. Ponce De Leon, Florida is Gay Hating Proud Honors David Davis

David Davis Taliban Principle In September of 2007 a Ponce De Leon high school Senior went to her Principle David Davis (pictured here) to complain she was being harassed by other students because she was a Lesbian. Putting down his Bible and unwrapping his turban, Davis did nothing for the girl other than calling her parents to tell them she was a lesbian and that she must keep her distance from all other children. The girl and her parents did nothing out of fear, but after a few of the girl's friends found out about this, they wore gay pride t-shirts and buttons to school one day. They were called into Principle Davis' office where he demanded to know if they were gay and to give them names of any other students in the school who were gay.

Then, doing what Jesus would do, this ugly fat slug of a man lifted the girl's shirts to look for gay pride slogans written directly on their bodies. After ogling the girls breasts he suspended most of them and went on his merry Taliban way. Principle Davis has no problem with students wearing confederate flag shirts o regalia.

The mothers of one of the girls overcame her fear of the local Taliban and called the ACLU. The case was called Gillman v. Holmes County School District which was decided in May by a U.S. District Court rather than a pan handle Taliban court. The district was billed $325,000 in attorney fees and Davis removed as principle.The story became news again this week after the fine people of Ponce De Leon spoke up to claim David Davis as a local hero and school superintendent Steve Griffin - also a member of the Florida Pan Handle Taliban - refused to fire Davis who will be teaching history this year. The towns people just can't understand what it was that Mr Davis did wrong. Clueless in the Pan Handle

Once in a while states other than Texas do their part to help darken the heart of humanity and push civilization back a few steps. In this case the Florida panhandle once again shows what bottom dwellers they can be. If you recall this is that region where Christian Pro Life activist Paul Hill shot an unarmed Dr. Gunn and an associate in the back with a 12 gauge shotgun full of buckshot from a few feet away. Paul was indicted, tried, and executed a few years back though privately hailed a hero by those living in the Florida pan handle.

Down here in Dumbutt, Texas much the same happened a few months ago when Joe Horn shot two unarmed men in the back with a 12 gauge shotgun full of buckshot. Though in that case the people of Harris County not only refused to indict Joe Horn, but they publicly hailed him a hero. So I still hold that Texas gets top honors when it comes to living a cowardly murderous Christian way of life.

Federal Judge Halts Texas Execution claiming the Process is Insane

A few hours before Jeffery Wood was to be executed U.S. District Judge Orlando Garica stayed the Texas execution saying it was "an insane system".

Judge Garcia was not even speaking of the insane Texas accomplice law - also known as law of parities - but rather that the State of Texas refused Wood a lawyer or medical examination to prove he was mentally incompetent. The insanity being that a mentally incompetent inmate must be competent enough to act as his own appellate lawyer, write legal briefs and know how to submit such requests and briefs through the criminal beauracry. Catch 22. Well, as this is a game played by Texas to get their kicks dealing out more executions let's double that and call it Catch 44. Accomplice in 1996 slaying gets execution delay

Jeffery Wood was sentenced to death in the 1996 murder robbery of convenience story clerk Kriss Keeran who was shot by Daniel Reneau while Woods waited in the car (Reneau was executed in 2002 for the murder). The death penalty for Woods came because of an 1879 law called The Texas Law of Parties which makes accomplices in crimes just as guilty as the perpetrator of the crime. There is some precedent and logic in that, but none for a sentence of death for the man who did not do it. The Death Penalty is supposed to require extraordinary circumstances. In this case the only thing extraordinary is how hard the state of Texas tries to out Iran, Iran.

On Tuesday a unanimous 7 to 0 decision by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles rejected a clemency request for the Thursday execution of Jeffery Wood. The board also voted 7-0 to not recommend Gov. Rick Perry commute Wood's death sentence. Governor Perry of course had no intention of doing such an unChristian thing as both the board and the Governor are good TEXAS Christians in which forgiveness, mercy and such are all just a big pile of crap.

In defense of the board, the Governor and all Texas prosecutors and judges who consistently deal out as many executions as they can get away with, please take note that in every election cycle those seeking public office in Texas will fall all over themselves as to who has executed and will execute the most people. It is what the people of Texas most want in government, strapping unarmed people down on gurneys and killing them. Well, there is that other popular issue of that intense burning desire to carry guns into schools, churches, bars and the workplace. Together they make Texas what it is.

Texas is ahead of the rest of America in shootings, murders, killings, executions, fag beatings, and using paddles, canes, switches, belts, sticks and fists to keep our children in line. All while claiming to be the most Christian state in America. It is more than obvious that somewhere along the way Satan took control of Christianity in this state where he now runs the show. The only thing Christian about Texas is... Gosh, I can't come up with even one thing. Wait... Hmmm... Oh yeah...

Texas Protestant Christians, led by the most vocal Christians in the State, read Dan Patrick, are at the very forefront of the jackbooted gestapo currently breaking into homes and workplaces, taking mothers from children and children from fathers, deporting and jailing entire families and creating a culture of fear for millions of Hispanics here in Texas not experienced since Texas was paying bounties on Mexican hides in the 1840s. Dr Laura Schlessinger Bible Email

This old Dr Laura Schlessinger email-0-round expresses well the fatal flaw in Religious Fundamentalism and the literal interpretation of the Bible.

It was said to be sent to Dr. Laura in 2000 in response to the conservative talk show host's bigotry and intolerance directed toward gay men and women, contending such bigotry is okay because it's in the Bible! Hypocrite Dr Laura - who preaches no sex before marriage, the sanctity of marriage and who rudely attacks callers for not adhering to her intolerant sexual views on these matters - is pictured here in one of many such photographs as a married women who dressing up in black leather to cheat on her husband. Dear Dr. Laura,

Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from your show, and I try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind him that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination. End of debate.

I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some of the specific laws and how to best follow them.

a) When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev 1:9). The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

b) I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

c) I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness (Lev 15:19-24). The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

d) Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

e) I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself?

f) A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an Abomination (Lev 11:10), it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this?

g) Lev 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?

h) Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev 19:27. How should they die?

i) I know from Lev 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

j) My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? (Lev 24:10-16) Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)

Victoria Osteen all Oiled Up and ready to go

victoria osteen annoited I remember hearing during both the 2000 and 2004 presidential elections that George W. Bush won the Evangelical vote (which is the reason we have had to suffer this President of Duh for 8 years) because he spoke their language. And what a strange language it is.

The first case in point in the Victoria Osteen courtroom victory aftermath was this evangelical language ditty she uttered, "God, the only thing you are looking for is obedience!" The only thing? Wow! I am sure the world of Rap music enjoys Victoria's basis of Christianity being dem hos do what they be told.

But the real disconnect I had was when she said that over the three years the case was going on "I would anoint myself with oil, I felt like, I wish I could go in and just anoint that whole courtroom." Osteens thank supporters during Lakewood service

John Ashcroft Annoited This anointing business came up a few years ago when we had a Christian Evangelical Fundamentalist as Attorney General, John Ashcroft. He would regularly anoint himself with cooking oil whenever he changed jobs.

I wonder what Victoria uses in her self anointings? I would suppose at home,like Ashcroft, it would be whatever is available in the oil cooking cupboard. What about when out and about and suddenly needing anointing in a restaurant? I suppose we could assume that it would be oil with a bit of vinegar added? I wonder if she tries to keep it out of her hair? Does that matter? At the Olive Garden does she just grab the salad dressing and liberally pour it over her head? Or does she lean way back in the chair and gently pour it only on her forehead?

I had most fun imagining Victoria oiling up the entire courtroom. Visions of oil cans and grease guns. It was an overflow crowd you know. For an entire week, hundreds of people cheering for the Lord. And of course being obedient which is all that really matters to Him. I suppose to anoint as many as 500 people a day Victoria would have needed at least a few quarts of 10W30 or perhaps a barrel of Sweet Texas Crude.

Have to run now, I am late for an anointment.

God Responsible for Finding Victoria Osteen Innocent

In his closing argument God's hot shot Houston lawyer Rusty Hardin said that Sharon Brown's accusations against his client Victoria Osteen were a "sacrilege" and a "blasphemy"! This turned out to be the case as just 2 hours later the jury returned with a unanimous not guilty verdict.

Victoria Osteen stood and shouted "Thank you God!" and "Praise God!" even though the Texas supreme being was not actually seen anywhere in the courtroom. But remember, the press is not allowed in the jury room so it will never be known if He was sitting with the jury in this case. God is not concerned with things like Darfur and world hunger, but is always at the ready to defend very rich, very Republican and very blond white women. Well when he is not at a gun show or down at the range anyway.

Victoria's husband, Joel Osteen added "It's a great vindication and shows us the faithfulness of God." So not only did God take care of this couple in lieu of a race baiting gold digging uppity black bitch, but He also stayed faithful to the Osteens. God knows who his friends are, he follows the money.

Surprise Witnesses Play Blond Card Victoria Osteen set to Win Texas Civil Suit

Though it has always been suspected by those in the West that God is a blond, it seems that today it is no longer conjecture.

The big surprise in the Victoria Osteen case today was when a BLOND witness for the plaintiff (Sharon Brown) reversed her earlier disposition and said Osteen did not push Ms Brown. Judge Patricia Hancock refused to allow the previous contradictory statement to be entered.

Next our Houston Hot Shot lawyer Rusty Hardin got permission from Judge Hancock to show a video of a blond women from 1995 in which she says Ms Brown falsely accused her of pushing her when she did not.

Two more blond witnesses took the stand against Ms Brown. To make things even worse - what most every letter to the editor and online comments claim is a lying insane thieving uppity black bitch - Ms Brown herself took the stand to say the altercation did not give her hemorrhoids and that the Osteens were not evil as she had originally believed. Focus on the Family nitwit Stuart Shepard asks prayer for rain on Obama's DNC Speech

When asked why "Focus on the Family" "wit" and video whiz Shepard would ask the God fearin' folk to pray for a deluge coinciding with Obama's DNC speech he replied “I’m still pro-life, and I’m still in favor or marriage being between one man and one woman.” Huh? Obama favors legal abortion and gay rights. Obviously a right good smiting by deluge is minor punishment for such heresy.

Addendum by RJ - With so many fine Americans across this fine nation all praying at the same time for this fine storm, this will be the final test as to the existence of God. If it rains during Obama's speech, God is real. If it does not rain, most obviously God does not exist. [For it goes without saying that God hates Gays and abortions).

Osteen Trial, Joel has God's Favor while Victoria Sobs

victoria Osteen cries In the second day of testimony in the civil suit against Victoria Osteen the animated wife of super pastor Joel Osteen cried while explaining what a wonderful kind person she is, and denied assaulting the plaintiff Sharon Brown as both Ms Brown and the other flight attendant Maria Johnson testified she had. Joel Osteen took the stand to say he and his wife enjoy God's Favor. They also enjoy millions of dollars given to them by Joel's father who was the one who made the forture creating the church in the first place. That too is God's Favor I suppose. Punishment for frivolous case

...If I were the judge, I would have had Sharon Brown and her attorney doing chores at the Osteens' house every weekend for three months as punishment for wasting taxpayer dollars in bringing such a lawsuit before me. It's pretty easy to see in the award being sought by Brown that she is more concerned with a big payday she did nothing to earn it than with the alleged mental stress caused.

FLDS Men Indicted and Arrested for Sexual Assualt

On July 22, FLDS leader Warren Jeffs, 52, and four of his followers; Raymond Merrill Jessop, 36; Allan Eugene Keate, 56; Michael George Emack, 57; and Merrill Leroy Jessop, 33 were indicted on charges of sexual assault of a child. Four of them (Jeffs is already serving 10 years) turned themselves in last week.

These good Christian men with their many wives being good Christian women makes it a hard sell for prosecutors to get anywhere in the State of Texas Jesus trumps the law. Even with DNA testing, without the testimony of the girls - who were fed to these Christian sexual predators by their so called Christian "mothers" - little can be expected. The young girls have been so brainwashed by this Christian cult that they firmly believe that if they tell the truth they will suffer forever in Hell. Literally, tomorrow.

The so called "mothers" of these girls also will not testify, nor will any active members of the cult for the same fear. Remember these are not only white supremacists who survive on slave labor, but who also hope and pray that everyone in the world will be killed by God any minute now. Which means if they tell they will be going to Hell, any minute now.

The so called "mothers" who feed their little girls to these sexual predators are still wearing their pastel frontier outfits - with prayers stitched into them asking for the death of everyone in the world, but them of course - rather than the orange jumpsuits they should be wearing.

Postville Iowa Immigration Protest brings Counter Protest Morons

The most well known of this years ICE raids took place in Postville, Iowa in May. About 400 Guatemalans and Mexicans were arrested, jailed and deported for the crime of working hard in America without the proper paperwork. This Sunday buses with a few hundred pro immigration protesters from around the Midwest came to Postville to have their say. Bishop Jerome Hanus and Rabbi Harold Kravitz who helped organize the demonstration spoke at the gates of Agriprocessors, the nation's biggest kosher meatpacking plant. The signs of the protesters read:

Citizenship Yes! Deportation No!

and

United States for Immigrant and Worker Rights.

This issue of course brings out the counter demonstrations who are usually laden in patriotic garb and gadgets and angry red faces. In this case about 75 people, one of whom was Claire Jamison who came all the way from Minneapolis to let her views be known with her sign:

What Would Jesus Do? Obey the Law!

While Barack Obama is being roasted by Republicans for playing nice with those damn Frogs and Krauts on foreign soil, they laugh at he and the Democrats for losing the hearts and minds of Middle Americans like Claire Jamison, a good Christian woman who is so mud dumb stupid she doesn't even know that her religion is based upon her Jesus being executed for not obeying the law! Gosh... Dumber than mud.

And it's a sure bet that Claire - a fine example of America's intelligent voting public - is a conservative Republican (or soldier for Ron Paul), a Rush Limbaugh Dittohead, a member of the Savage Nation wears flags instead of underwear, has more guns than brains and wouldn't vote for a Black guy if it was her own father.

Ms Jamison is the cause of this great mystery concerning the polling number disconnect between Obama and McCain. She represents the so called intelligent voting public - which if it ever existed at all - fell to the wayside with the advent of cable news networks. Profit driven news gives us mostly Britney, Paris and matter of sex. News has become what we want to hear rather than what we should be hearing.
