It might fly with his relatives or at a neighborhood get-together, but the young woman was Soshanna Johnson. Anyone who finds Rush Limbaugh less than charming, is certain to be doubly repelled at his language. The words Ass, Ass - kissing, and an especial favorite "bending over and grabbing one's ankles" believed to be derived from porn, are frequent expressions of the spokesman for the 'new'squeaky clean..but mentally vacant Republican party.



Gold, Rupert Murdoch: Once one of the most powerful moguls in print and electronic media, appears to be crashing his own empire with petty feuds, in which some of are with people unaware that they're participating. As the feuds expand, his empire contracts. In my opinion, it has been the attraction of negative, like- minded media rating trons like O'Reilly and Glenn Beck who seem to have been drawn to him like iron filings to a magnet. Sadly, this attraction extends to viewers who often share the same gripes, or are taken in by their truth-free 'examination of the news.'

What does a man with the means to reach so very many people have to say? "We won't stop until they do!" (imagine his tongue sticking out, much like Glenn Beck's in his magazine shoot, and fingers waggling out of his ears). Who are the "They" of whom he speaks - the ones in a serious feud with Fox? Watch Worst, and see if you feel that both MSNBC pundits and the very President of the United States are engaged in Murdoch's feud, losing sleep as they pace the floor at night, plotting revenge!

Silver and Sleazy...not G-rated, Rush Limbaugh. One cannot help but wonder about Rush Limbaugh's frequent and varied use of the words describing pornographic actions and words which he sends out with unnerving frequency on his show. They inevitably refer to the word 'ass'- both the kissing of that broad target, and the action of 'grabbing one's ankles.' It's no surprise to me that he never emerged from Freud's Anal fixation stage, but to share it with listeners seems unwise..not to mention disgusting! I can beat unwise and disgusting, with the news that he is widely viewed as a leader and mouthpiece for the "New Republicans!" Ponder this, the Smothers Brothers were embattled over their mild pokes (sorry), at government so gentle they would go unnoticed today. Have we changed so much that a large group of Americans wish to listen to this foul mouthed, drug addicted millionaire as he brings filth into the minds and homes of those who claim the moral highground?

Bronze: U2, Bono and the boys, our world-conscious friends pairing with MTV earn the distinctive honor tonight, and the irony award as well. Only Glenn Beck and the 9/12'ers stand between us and another devastating attack on our country. Don't think for a minute that they're not familiar with all 2,000 pages of the health care reform bill, it's taken the place of Sears catalogs in the outhouses of leading members of the esteemed group.



Gold: Glenn Beck. I have to wonder if Beck's viewers are wearing special glasses like those in a 3-D movie which enable them to view affordable health care for all - rather than for some, as equivalent to the devastation of 9/11. He whines, then vows that he and his group won't allow a tragedy of such proportion to occur again...as if the two things resembled one another in any way. The difference, I'm quite certain is obvious even to him. I suppose I'm not welcome to remind him that indeed he had a chance to warn us of the one tragedy, when memos warning us of an Al Qaeda attack were shushed and ignored by the Bush administration and the ever-watchful eye of Fox News and Glenn Beck. Now that - and your unmitigated gall in comparing the two are truly something to cry about big boy.

Silver: Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, WA - R. While many in Washington state don't know who she is, she's come out to further explain the crazy ass,insurance lobby, money fueled theory put forth yesterday by Virginia Foxx R-NC. In what is fast becoming a very repetitive theme, Foxx warned that we have more to fear from good affordable health care than from countries with blood on their hands and very evil intentions toward us. McMorris-Rodgers shared her laser sharp insight, explaining the similarity and difference between good health care and the 9/11 attack.. Thanks much Cathy, now pick a name and call it a career.

Maurice Shabaz, in a huge mix-up and misdirection of Three Stooges proportions.

Silver: Virginia Foxx, R - N.C. My apologies to Wiccans, I refer only to the Oz version of Witchcraft. She of 'Matthew Sheppard is a hoax' fame has seen the enemy and it is we who may need medical care and lack insurance. In our haste we are endangering ourselvesand our countrymen. We are selfishly giving away our very freedoms and worse, can't you just suck it up and take one for the team? Never fear, she's championing the misunderstood, giant corporate insurance companies. They need her help and yours dear friends, and apparently she needs their - er..incentives.

Bronze: Pat Boone! He is 'In a Metal Mood' you know. All tittering aside, I'm certain he breaks some laws by inciting others to violence regarding President Obama, if not by being one of the walking dead. Still, someone has transferred his batty meanderings onto electronic media where he certainly takes the 'fun' out of Fundamental Christianity, but leaves the 'mental' intact with his imaginings of a giant roach hotel at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue which must be dealt with immediately! Gold, Worst Person in the World Today :Uh oh.Limbaugh's haste to throw dirt on the Obama administration caught him with his veracity training pants down, and so eager to throw it that in effect - he fooled himself. Using a parody posted on a satirical website about President Obama. He gloats, he expounds, he wonders why this didn't come out a year ago! His comeback when the cold light of dawn filtered in? Classic Limbaugh - with some supernatural powers thrown in.

Bronze but Bad: Dallas Police Department. Sure, you can get a ticket in Dallas for breaking traffic laws. Some drivers are startled to be ticketed for one 'law' that isn't in the books. Now that the 'Ugly Americano at Home' law has surfaced, they're apologizing, and admitting to having ticketed at least 39 people for this blatantly racist 'law'they put into action. Gold: Sen. Lindsay Graham, R-S.C. Seemingly has the ability to hold two thoughts in his mind, thoughts that if implemented, would wipe one another out. Such is his alleged understanding of the climate change legislation. Watch Worst to see the small print in Graham's agreement...he has a couple of wee requests before he'll sign the legislation. I wonder if this will leave you to puzzle as to whether he has yet to read the actual legislation, or is so well invested in most everything climate change would limit or halt, that he doesn't care if he appears to be a dolt.

Silver: Tucker Carlson: A must-see that will go a long way toward explaining the perceived and loudly lamented Liberal favoritism in the White House, which Carlson whines about in this clip. Better and more enlightening, is the run-down of actual cronyism incidents with the hand-selected press in the last administration; there's a little blackmail,a lot of planted questions, that sort of thing. Revealing it has done nothing to halt my desire to crook a finger in Tucker's lil' bow tie, and let it sling-shot back at him from about ten feet...repeatedly.

Bronze: Rush Limbaugh: If anyone has lingering doubts about Limbaugh, this short clip should give them some insight into his...mind. Rallying the faithful with a 'gosh ain't it awful' lament about something so unfair, so nefarious and evil that it called for a harsh retort! Limbaugh claimed President Obama called Fox 'talk radio' rather than 'news' - imagine! I suppose it hasn't dawned on him he's not Edward R. Murrow. Still, he reveals much more of himself than anyone wants to see or imagine in response, much like Rush in a Speedo on the beach. He rounds on MSNBC and CNN out of the blue. The two very sleazy words he uses to describe them are a long way from 'talk radio' in the dictionary and in the crude, lewd, and unsuitable for broadcasting scale. Gold: Glenn Beck. How redundant of me to say that Glenn Beck is Bonkers. I apologize, but you have to admit that there are varying degrees of insanity with him. Maybe the best, peppering a fantastic story and told with hysteria worthy of a badly rehearsed little theater troop. Today was one such day. Even FOX is joining the multi-network, and bi-partisan effort to raise awareness of volunteering, but Beck isn't appeased, he sees so much more! By the time he ends his rant - at long last, he vows to break the nefarious plan down through the oncoming week, so that we sheep will see this isn't a united, non-partisan, movement to encourage something as innocent and positive as helping within your community. Instead, it is the first step by Chairman Mao and our President to plant subliminal messages into the media, the better to control you my dears!

Watch' Worst' as Keith Olbermann explains the issues as Beck brings them up, showing complete video of Beck and his interpretation. It is frightening, enlightening, and even amusing at times. While Olbermann's comments are not as dramatic as Beck's, he leaves ample room for the viewer to see how Beck apparently constructs his fantasies out of the cloth left over from 'The Emperor's New Clothes' and sewn together with sheer lies and hysteria, or something resembling it. Several Fox friends have taken to invoking Chairman Mao of late. Beck conjures him so often one gets the feeling that he has an invisible friend.

Silver: Rush Limbaugh, insufferable, misogynistic, angry loudmouth..but you knew that. Carol Costello is doing a much needed series of reports for CNN. The topic, talk radio's influence in dividing our country, wouldn't be complete without the inclusion of Limbaugh. Normally happy as a pig in slop to be the center of attention, he denigrates pigs by association with his reaction to both Carol Costello, whom he accuses of stalking him, and a psychiatrist who has been brought in, and nails him with one word. Yes, the good doctor is a woman, and it matters! As my husband opined, Limbaugh should be happy to have any woman following him, regardless of the reason, but he assumes Rush secretly likes them. With steam shooting from both ears, he grumbles, bellows, and resorts to the crudest of suggestions as to where Ms Costello should go, and precisely how to get happy, it's much more slimy from his foul mouth. Bronze: Congressman Gregg Harper, R-Mississippi, While being interviewed by politico.com, Harper took a stab at wit, I presume. I don't think you'll feel that it's too sensitive to object to his remarks regarding what The Congressional Sportsmen would do to " tree hugging liberals," when you learn the fate of three human beings in his district. Gold: The Very Worst Person of the Day goes to Tom J. Donahue, president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. While many might be inclined to exaggerate the membership numbers of their organization, and in turn perhaps their own importance; Donahue has been caught in the act by 'Mother Jones' news. Mother's discovery of the true numbers is too far from the actual ones to be a mistake; it is, unless Donahue is another victim of the experimental 'New Math' decades ago?

Silver Second Place, to Rep Jack Kingston, R-GA. Kingston put himself firmly on the record as against taking government stim. money! What's that? No, the bills he's rolling naked in do not appear to be Monopoly money, and there certainly are a lot of them!

Bronze: Bill O'Reilly, lest he think he's forgotten. Weighing in on the Limbaugh/NFL bru-ha-ha, he can assure anyone and everyone that Limbaugh hasn't a racist bone in his body, at least none visible to the naked eye. Worst is a must-see! Gold: Guardian Insurance, Dennis J. Manning President and Chief Executive Officer. In effect, this goes to all major health insurance companies. It is also an object lesson in why we need to jettison politicians who are in their pockets, and pass National Health Care Coverage! Manning wins the Worst Person in the World today because of one specific, but sadly all-too-common case. Ian Pearl, age 37 of New York was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. That would seem to be the toughest news Mr. Pearl should have to deal with. Enter his health care provider Guardian, they know his care will cost approximately one million dollars annually. Watch Worst to see what Guardian did to avoid paying Ian Pearl and others like him, whom they refer to as "dogs" - those they'd be better off without them come bonus time. Greed knows no bounds, but it can be changed this December. Perhaps some of the energy used for in-fighting and tea party marches could be better used to influence Health and Human Services on this important issue?

Silver: Attorney Charles Cooper: Alleged Attny.for the group who sponsored Prop 8 in CA. Cooper in Judge Lon Walker's court room defending a legal challenge. At least he's honest. See Worst, rather than flowery speeches,in answering the judge's direct and simple question, Cooper admits "I don't know!" I'm happy to hear that they have the best working on their side.

Bronze: Glenn Beck: Beck of the unused red phone, attempted a jab,and presumably a creepy 'humor' Beck-style. His target was former Secretary of Labor under Bill Clinton, Robert Reich (ree-chee) though he did not pronounce it properly, in an attempt to somehow tie the administration to a militant lunatic in Germany long ago. Gold: Glenn Beck with his new bright red phone. The man loves props more than Liberache. It is said to be connected directly to the White House, because you know he and Fox are simply all that President Obama, or anyone else in the White House can think of. Beck assures us that they can't even focus on Afghanistan, because of their obsession with Fox, and Beck specifically.

Here is the best part in my estimation. As you'll see, this doesn't come from Beck directly. There is quite a long list taken from Beck's scripts. It names the topics mentioned on his show and the number of times he has brought them up. Spoiler Alert: both "Socialist" and "Liberal" rank highly. There are many words and phrases which frankly cause me to wonder whether he is being sincere about who is obsessed with whom.

Silver: Bill OH (Loofah-Boy), and Brit Hume share the honor today. They are here to assure us how fairly they "hammered" then President Bush about the trouble in Iraq, as if they were....fair and balanced! More hilarity ensues.

Bronze: Elder Dalin H Oaks, Quorum of the 12 apostles of the Latter Day Saints Brigham Young, Idaho is having a whine fest and pity party. His own reasoning must be heard to be believed! Chief among the meddlers with an unhealthy obsession with Prop 8, he feels that there is a backlash against Mormons which compares to..No, I won't give this one away, though it pains me! It's just too good, so see for yourself,and let us know if you feel pity and empathy equal to his description of their plight...or if Keith Olbermann has the right idea! Silver Throated Loonie Award: Michelle Malkin. Still hung up over the innocent song sung by New Jersey children to our president, yes - OUR President, Malkin. The part time O'Reilly soother had an inspiration! Lauded author Charisse Carney-Nunes received an accusatory early morning email from Malkin regarding her (non) involvement in the song.
