Watching the two sides in this one can't help put notice the two genetic factors at play. One could be referred to as the "negroid gene" which gives people a dark skin color. On the other side there is the "scumbag gene" which makes people ugly in not only body and spirit - but as one can see - in serious need of dentistry and dieting as well.
If you have never had the pleasure of experiencing the visual effects of a Libertarian Party convention or a Ron Paul rally as I have, what you see on that street in that video is pretty what they look like.
The law at play here is fairly new. It is referred to as the "Castle Law". It extends Texas Gungoonery beyond one's property line so that if unarmed Black or Brown people who you decide may be up to no good come too close, you can literally blow their heads off with a 12 gauge shotgun at the fair - Joe Horn - range of 15 feet. You ever shot anything with a 12 gauge at 15 feet? Talk about fun!
Local police, courts and grand juries don't give a hoot in Hell if you act as police, judge, jury and executioner. It saves everyone tax money which is the be-all and end-all of American life. And besides, it's quite a bit faster and more enjoyable than the old process of lynching.
So if you don't like Blacks or Hispanics come on down to Texas! Rent a house or buy a little home and if you can lure some people less white than you on or near your property, you can not only kill them but enjoy a subsequent biker parade!

Now courts get to take over and determine if the man commited a crime within the framework of local laws.
No need to drag race, immigration reform, NRA, NAACP, GOP or UFOs into it.
It would seem that the new Texas law does give the potential victim the right to be the "judge, jury and executioner". Maybe the two perps were not aware of that, well that is their loss. Thanks to the news coverage, any criminal will think twice before burglarising a home in Texas.
How exactly where these two upstanding citizens lured into this deathtrap? Lets see, there must have been an add in the local newspaper - "Some nice free stuff in Joe Horn's neighbor's house! Come and get it if you are a 'person of color' Extra free stuff for immigrants and a special bonus if you have a criminal conviction! The offer ends soon!"
Oh but wait - the two angels were unarmed! Lets not count the crowbar. Perhaps Joe Horn should have used his advanced Kung Fu knowlege to handle the two men each at least 200lb and each at least 1/2 his age? Or even better, he should have reasoned with them and convinced them to return the stolen stuff and head over to the local bible study group.
Or maybe we should return to reality and realize that nobody lured these guys into the neighborhood. Nobody tricked them into breaking into the house and taking things that did not belong to them. They were commiting a crime of their own vollition and were simply unlucky in their choice of a house. If their luck was a little better, they would have by now sold off the loot, bought the drugs (both had previous drug related convictions - so it is a reasonable assumption based on facts and not some sort of bias). And at this point they would be looking to burglarize another house. Perhaps your's, maybe your mother's maybe someone else's. Maybe the next person would not be lucky enough not to be home, or own a gun or have a neighbor with a gun.
Joe has done all of us a favor. Not by killing the two criminals - but by the publisizing the new law and enhancing the deterrent that the law was meant to provide.
Here's the difference between the two sides. The people who showed up to support Joe Horn would be there regardless of whether the two dead guys were black, white, Latino, Asian, or left-handed vegetarian Eskimos. Quanell X and his homies, on the other hand, are there only because the shooter was white and the two dead guys were black.
Last Thursday reserve Deputy Constable Cartrell Lewayne Odom was gunned down by four young black males and there was silence from Quanell X's camp.
For Joe Horn's supporters, it's about the right of the people to defend their lives and property. For Mr. X, it's all about race. Quanell shows up ONLY when it's a white who shot a black so that he can milk it for all the racial outrage he can. Otherwise he just doesn't care.
Outside of Dumbass, These laws are called LICENSE TO KILL laws. Which is just what it is. If I can lure you onto my property I can shoot you. Thats CRAZY.
And the fact is that nobody was lured anywhere. The two criminals chose to break the law and had the misfortune to run into a man with a gun.
When you can actually point to a case where someone managed to lure someone onto their property in order to kill them and actually got away with it, you might be able to make a point. Until then you are just blowing a lot of hot air and not out of any orrifice located above the waist.
So when someone breaks the law, you get a gun and kill them. The biggest gun you can and shoot them as close up as you can preferably in the back, especially if they are less white than you. Okay forget the truth behind it being about hating people of color in a white neighborhood.
Just down to the nitty gritty of it. If there are unarmed people breaking the law next door, kill them. How about pot smokers? Drunks? vagrants? And even that doesn't matter, it's the cowardly act of shooting down unarmed people and getting a hardon over it. It's what cowardly scumbags do. Its the same kind of people we are at war with btw, people ruinning around with guns shooting whom they please. It so reminds me of that great NRA Life Member quote...

No facts at all do demonstrate that race was an issue.
No facts that support anyone being shot in the back - that is a complete fabrication.
The "nitty gritty" as you put it with regards to shooting drunks, vagrants and pot smokers - sorry Texas criminal code and more specifically sections 9.41, 9.42 & 9.43 is very speciffic as to the circumstances that justify using force and deadly force. So you can stop your hysterics - drunks, vagrants, pot smokers and liberals are not on the "approved list". Once again - no facts.
Next onto your favorite inflamatory rhethoric - the "unarmed" card. Lets clarify some terms - "Unarmed" is not synonymous with "not carying a firearm". And "not carying a firearm" is not the same as "not dangerous". So while the two perpetrators did not have guns, they were in fact not "unarmed" being in posession of a blunt weapon. And regardless of being "armed with a blunt weapon" they were two fit men in their late 20's/30's and posed an obvious danger to the 61 year old Joe - more so at the 15 foot range than say at 50 foot range. So in fact joe was faced with two dangerous individuals armed with a blunt weapon very nearly within arm's reach of him.
Lets move onto the gun. Shotgun is just about the most common weapon you are going to find in a home. For all your blathering about NRA Life members, you have no idea if Joe had any other firearms available to him. And would it make any difference? If Joe used a .22 pistol you would now be claiming that he used the tiny pistol so that he could conseal it better while luring the two poor criminals closer. I am willing to bet torrent of propaganda would change very little regardless of whether Joe used a gun, a knife, a baseball bat or a samurain sword.
I would like to have seen the look on the faces of these scum, right before Joe sent them to their rightful place in hell.
All good Americans are sick and tired of the slime that prey upon good hard working Americans.

If someone is breaking into your house it is because they have intentions to physically harm the family if found within the house. my wife where 2 years ago the governmemt sponsored a program to get guns off the street and out of people's homes. They paid the citizens for each gun they turned in- legal or illegal. And thus bought their freedom and made
them slaves. Has crime dropped?? Of course not- quite the contrary. And the criminals rule- even children who have yet to hit puberty rob you with
