The answer to OPEN CARRY is simple. An African American organization that lend legal assault rifles to qualified black men in black hoodies and have them walk up and down the sidewalks of every white neighborhood in America. Could even do something positive about assault rifles. The fly in that ointment of course is they would have to be suicidal qualified black men.
