Try as she might – and she tried mightily, Elisabeth Hasselbeck couldn’t ruffle The President. She annoyed me greatly , if that counts for anything?   At each opportunity to speak, Hasselbeck harangued  the President, resembling nothing so much as enraged  terrier. In this clip she ultimately accuses him of ‘Failing the middle class!”   Conan expresses some thoughts about Ms Hasselbeck’s qualifications as a reality show loser;  however Obama did calmly address her concerns and answer her  questions in good time.  Do you suppose  he was thinking about ‘Luther’ his anger translator?
