Corporate Godfather Jon Stewart makes an offer workers cant refuse

Some facts:

The Tea Party counter demonstration in Madison, Wisconsin led by outsiders Joe the Plumber and Andrew Breitbart numbered less than 5000 for a half a day. There have been over 50,000 union demonstrators now everyday for a week. Both Fox News and ABC have given the impression the numbers are equal.

"We have had 67,000 people here one from both sides of the issue." Governor Walker makes 5000 = 50,000 on one day while making 0 = 75,000 on all the other days.

The Average pension in Wisconsin $19,000 a year.

Governor Scott Walker has increased the Wisconsin deficit in the two months by reducing taxes.

Governor Walker has exempted the Wisconsin Police Union because they backed his campaign.

Not surprisingly the Corporate Right-wing Koch Brothers made the single largest political donation to the Scott Walker campaign.

Some may ask what happened in to turn American politics from moving forward in 2008 to receding backward in 2010? Sure turning the White House black has had a lot to do with getting our sleepy American nasties  up in arms.

But more important was the Supreme Court ruling Citizens United v. the FEC which in a purely political 5 to 4 vote ruled corporations have a right to give as much money as they wish to influence elections. This is done under the guise of "free" speech, i.e., those with the most money have the most "free" speech. Which will ALWAYS be wealthy corporate Republicans.

The largest of these conservative corporate donors are the Koch Brothers, Charles and David who became America’s third and fourth richest men from their INHERITED oil, chemicals and mining interests. They founded and financed the Libertarian CATO Institute and their father founded and funded the John Birch Society.

Before and after Citizen’s United, both Supreme Court justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas – who voted for corporate interests primarily funded by the Koch Brothers – attended Koch brothers’ retreats while Thomas’s Right-wing activist wife received $500,000 in one lump from the Koch Brothers along with hundreds of thousands more from other Right-wing donors. Justice Thomas "forgot" to add these things to his IRS form. An easily impeachable offense.

This move to corporate control of the government, which is called an OLIGARCHY by some and FASCISM by others, is now so pervasive and popular that President Obama got on TV to BRAG about cutting off heating oil for poor freezing families. As you may have guessed, the 2012 election season has begun.
