I was once stopped for that very thing, and I didn’t even change lanes. And the cop looked me in the eye and lied. And I told him so. So I went to jail. I then took it to court where the same cop lied again under oath, felony perjury. And I am white, imagine how often that happens if you are not white. In fact Alan Dershowitz has said that there are about 250,000 felony perjuries by cops each year. Though some cops may be nice people, I don’t know.
