Daily Show Aasif Mandvi, want your ducks killed by windmills or shotguns?

Um… hehhe… Okay, so we have windmills killing 3 birds a year. So let’s say they are all ducks. 100 windmills, 300 dead ducks a year. Let’s say it’s 5 ducks for the math.

Duck hunters can shoot about 5 ducks a day. Each hunter hunts 10 days a season. There are about 10,000 duck hunters in South Florida. That’s 500,000 ducks shot a year. I think the math makes that 1000 TIMES as many ducks shot that whacked by propellers. We are running out of ducks too. They cross state lines, so its a federal thing, and you know how that goes these days.

LEASH YOUR DUCK!

The only hunting I ever did was ducks. They are dangerous. When you shoot them directly overhead, they can fall on you and knock you down. I have actually seen a nose bleed from this. And they bite children on farms. And swim underwater in lakes and rivers pulling little penises off clothless little boys!  Don’t let your guard down around ducks. Like anything, when in doubt shoot. They also poop on sidewalks! They need to be leashed at all times.
