I agree with the sarcasm of this piece. Why do we ALWAYS have to give Russia a bad rap on everything. How is Putin any different than Rick Perry? Oh yeah Perry has killed 240 more people than Putin. How is Russian any different than Mississippi as to views on gays? Our propensity to war is profoundly more violent and ubiquitous than Russia. The only difference in government graft is ours is top down and theirs is bottom up. Spying? NSA! Terrorism? 911!
Can anyone even tell the difference tween an American and a Russian by looking at them? The only difference seems to be the amount of snow, the amount of vodka, and how Russians bravely kill each other face to face with tire irons and baseball bats rather than cowardly shooting each other from a distance afar like we do.
