Of course white people don’t want to talk about race. Like Germans don’t like talking about Nazis, or Republicans not wanting to talk about religious intolerance. It’s only natural.
There are two great moments in this video from the two groups of 5 New Yorkers. First the black women who has never been stop and frisked like the other 4 blacks have. With the caveat that she has only been in NY for a year.
And then the one white woman who says she was stopped and frisked. With the caveat that it was at airport security.
I have been harping on this issue all my life, that the central dynamic of American politics is race. From 1789 and the 3/5s clause in the Constitution, through the Civil War, Jim Crow, Civil Rights backlash, and now Republican lead voter suppression laws.
It is the elephant in the room. It is something white and blacks know full well. In fact Republicans so not want to talk about this truth. Though when they are forced to, as we see most everyday over at Fox News, all that comes out of them is shouts of WELFARE QUEENS, CRIMINALS, CRIME and above all, MY TAXES GOING TO SUPPORT LAZY NEGROES, which is the single most dynamic in America politics. But we all know that so why to I persist?
BTW, just the other day, Glenn Beck like Charlie Manson before him, declared that we must stock up on guns and seeds because Obama and Liberals are starting a RACE WAR that will destory America.
My question is how long will it be before, Glenn Beck and Fox News and Talk Radio begin inviting America’s biggest hero, George Zimmerman to come on their shows. And who is it instigating a race war?
