We must give credit where credit is due. Both these men showed bravery in the face of Republican intolerance and bigotry. I had trouble finding their names. Here they are and a hear! here! for both.

What Tom Brokaw calls the GREATEST GENERATION are the ones responsible for keeping the other 43 states from moving forward toward a nation that respects equal, civil, legal and human rights for all Americans. It is that Greatest Generation who insures state propositions to give gays equal rights will not pass. And with them living longer than in the past, it will take a few more years for the entire nation to do the right thing.
