The sentiment in this piece is all fine and well but has no grounding in reality. When Fox News Charles Krauthammer says everything First Lady Michelle Obama says is crap, there should be NO HESITANCE in calling him an ugly little twat.
The argument changed in 1987. Ronald Reagan succeeded in declaring the War on Government, the Republican Party was handed over to Jerry Falwell and the Religious Right, and the Fairness Doctrine was rescinded giving us that one way street of Right-wing control of AM radio. All of it still in motion to this day!
That one way street has gone unanswered for a generation, endless 24/7 name calling bile from the radio and Fox News, and now the gun toting ignorant toothless Tea Party bigots. NONE OF WHOM will ever stop their foul name calling and bile directed at Democrats, Liberals, Progressives, Gays, Single Women, Blacks, Hispanics and YOU. But we must bend over for them and accept it, suffer it and stand above it to let them have their way with us. Well how about SOME BACKBONE and dish it back at like manner for a change. After all, Charles Krauthammer really is an ugly little twat.
