Well other than Ted Cruz saying he did it because he was a transgender liberal activist.
What else could be the motive I wonder? I think I got it! Mr Dear was just walking down the street with his loaded AK47 – which he mistakenly grabbed instead of his umbrella when he left his anti-Obama compound – when it looked like rain so he ducked into a Planned Parenthood that he just happened to be in front of and shot up the place killing a cop in the process yelling NO MORE RABIES SHOTS.
