The five Republican activist judges on the Supreme Court not only made the Citizens United case specifically to give the GOP political dominance, but when President Obama mentioned how bad it was in the State of the Union Address two years ago, Justice Alito mouthed NO NO NO at him in the front row. This caused all Republican activist Supreme Court justices to no longer appear at State of the Union speeches when a Democrat is President.
The answer to this and most every problem this country faces can best be fixed by the IMPEACHMENT OF CLARENCE THOMAS! Who regarding THE RULE OF LAW would indeed be impeached for wholesale in your face bribery. His response is giving laughing and giving everyone the subjective finger.
The impeachment of this horrid hatefilled man on the take would change the face of American politics more than who becomes President or who runs Congress for the next generation. IMPEACH CLARENCE THOMAS. He takes money directly from the Koch Brothers and laughs that he cannot be touched.
Here’s a no brainer for you? Even before sexual allegations against him, guess who Herman Cain said he most respected in America? In a nano second he said Clarence Thomas.

Well first off Lt. it’s how you define race. There’s one race- human. I see no problem in being racist. I’m for humans. That’s why I’ll eat cow & pig & I don’t mind animal research on drugs that potentially will help humans. It’s when you start sub-dividing humans on the basis of the color of their skin that it becomes a problem. Particularly as the color of the skin is not a hard & fast divider & will change every summer.
I’m inclined to agree with Lincoln who said that slavery was a disaster for both the Black & White race. The Black disaster is obvious, the White because the brutality available to anyone owning another human being allowed the baser instincts to come to the fore & slavery forced Whites into brutalities in thought & action that were harmful as well. The Dredd Scott Decision lead to the Civil War which killed how many Americans? Citizens United hasn’t gone that far- yet. If OWS can focus on Citizen’s United as one of the items protested, it may yet be reversed.
I cited both those in a previous article. But since then I realized both adversely affected only about 12% of the population. Citizens United it hurts 99% of Americans.

No, Clarence Slappy Thomas will not be impeached because he will play the LYNCH card, just like Cain is doing today.
Trouble is that for both of them, its those from their own race that hate them the most.
In fact it was a woman of Clarence’s own race who LYNCHED him and I bet that the two ladies in question with Cain were from his own race too. Sure takes the meaning out of LYNCHING… Let me tell you!

I’ll bite. Citizens United is not the worst Supreme Court case ever.
Option 1: Dredd Scott
Holds that bringing a slave into an (ostensibly) Free State does not necessarily free the slave. Thus slavery could exist in the entire Union.
Option 2: Plessey v. Ferguson
Held that maintaining separate ( but ostensibly equal) facilities for persons of different races does not violate due process of law. It would take 60 years for the Court to decide that separate is inherently unequal.
BTW Clarence Thomas is untouchable unless 2/3 (?) of the House can be convinced that he is guilty of some high crime or misdemeanor.
