Debate Fallout from Trump and Friends - Seth Meyers

Seth Meyers takes a closer look at how Trump supporters think he performed in the first presidential debate. Seth’s anualysis is hysterically funny and based on fact – which is  refreshing  when you’ve been reading Trump’s statements. It doesn’t seem possible that there could still be more to learn about Trump, but the debate was revealing.  Trump told a national audience that he doesn’t pay income taxes, because he’s smart – well, that’s obvious…Duh.  Also, the government would just squander it anyway.  That’s one big plus mark for the Donald!

The actual debate isn’t as important as what people think afterward, or some believe.  Trump bragged to his buddies on Fox that he won by 97% in a CBS post-debate poll. That’s heady stuff. Later CBS announced that they have not conducted a post debate poll.

Not everyone at Fox thinks Trump did well. Some admitted that he lost  when he faded after the first 15 minutes or so. Coincidentally, that was when he became clearly agitated, began audibly sniffling and started guzzling water. We report, you decide.

If you factor in the YUGE double standard for Hillary and Trump, he did well. Trump didn’t soil himself, and he not bring out the big guns. According to the brainy one, Sean Hannity :”He could have hit her so hard that everyone in that audience would have gone eeeWWwweeooOOooo!”
