Devereux fires Amy Erin Blakely because her breasts too big
on November 17, 2010 at 6:29 amOddly, Ms Blakely was never told that her breasts were causing distraction on the job during the 13 years in which she worked for the Devereux Company. In fact, she rose to the position of Assistant Executive Director, in charge of 100 people.
The nonprofit behavioral health organization which also provides foster and adoptive assistance gave Blakely laudatory reviews and promotions until she filed a complaint accusing managers of sexual harassment.
The managers may wish that they’d worked the problem out rather than firing Blakely who dressed in an appropriate manner for the type of work she performed. Oh,and Gloria Allred is now her attorney.

Rack Jite Quotes
Sr. Groso,
You should know better. It has nothing to do with the sex or endowment of the Plaintiff; but rather what Horace Rumpole calls “The Golden Thread”. That in British (& American) justice no one is convicted except by the decision of the “twelve good men and true” of the jury.
This article represents claims made by the Plaintiff. Whether they are true or not is for the jury to decide. We’re only hearing one side.I’d point out that just yesterday what was described as a major case against a Guantanamo detainee did not convince an American Jury. The evidence to convince them of the Defendant’s guilt simply wasn’t there.
I’m also a tad uneasy that the Lawyer representing Ms. Blakely is described as a “Feminist Attorney”. Ms. Blakely deserves her day in court. She does not deserve to be made a “cause”.
I don’t believe anything chicks with big boobs have to say either! They belong in videos and photo spreads, not running our nut houses!
Ms. ‘Cat,
This appears blatant but please remember we have heard only from the Plaintiffs. There is another side to this story & until Devereux responds we should be careful about making too much of it.
