After looking for this for 40 years I finally found it. I once carried this folded up in my wallet and would pull it and unfold it to show people instead of pictures of the kids. I thought it was the funniest thing in the world. Wait a minute…I still do think it’s the funniest thing in the world. In fact I just printed it and folded it up and put it in my wallet.
At one time my friends and I would greet each other with a bold EVERYBODY BACK! And then complete the line. It was a John Caldwell cartoon in the National Lampoon Feb 1974.
